Guest fountainhall Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Cathay Pacific's first generation business class cabin with flat bed seats had the herring-bone configuration - similar to Virgin, I believe. These also required three point seat belts like cars because the body was angled at take-off and landing. I had absolutely no problem with them.
