Sure i have noticed since 1983 (my first visit in LOS)+ in germany i get nothing free in the cinema for the same price.

Was there with boyfriend before. After welcome we got a cocktail and the menue with the free drinks. There have been plates with toasts and small sandwiches. For the movie we could choose extra drinks free and the usual snacks for the movie. For the same price in germany i get nothing only the normal seat

Many years ago i stayed twice there and the prices have been reasonable. The austrian owner was very gayfriendly and we have had many talks. He is married with thai woman and he is very rich. I saw on the homepage the prices have been going up about 100%. He owns all the soi incl. the villa and the Eatery. During my stays never have had problems with my visitors. It caters mostly to straight people. There must have been lots of reconstruction. The pool is now on 3rd level and was on ground level before.Its looking nice now.

Agree 100%. Because i know some bars are cheating with drinks i order mostly separate my vodka/juice and so i can control and mix myself.

I will look in march. A nice member from SGT gave me some informations. There is only one room nr. 6 to avoid because of the karaoke. They answered me very quickly and i got a membershipcard to receive discounts.They recommended me 3 rooms because i asked for quiet room in the night and they told me 7,8 and 16 are good. Prices very cheap. I will decide after visiting in march. Tuesday and friday it also can be noisy because of the market in the day time but i dont care because i get up early every day.

Can somebody give some informations about the Sanya Apartments? Homepage is looking good - also near tukcom opposite friendship supermarket - but whats about the karaoke nearby? I know they dont have lift but the rooms double space compared with Mosaik and lower prices.
