Just my opinion: As part of the process of "offing" a boy it is surely best to explain to him that before taking him back to your room will go together to other place or places e.g. DJ station or wherever. And as and if appropriate adjust the fee to reflect the additional time. Make sure he understands and agrees. Usually I also get him to agree before offing him what is expected of him: versatile or otherwise.

Last night Wednesday visited Rainbow Dragon. If already reviewed excuse me for that. Its a pub style bar with good air con and a very pleasant atmosphere. Shirtless boys doing the service. Good dance type music. No idea what if any is off fee. As I arrived early around 8pm they seemed to be just opening and as mid week less custom. With 2 companions x 3 drinks came to about 600 baht. Nice tables facing the bar. Good location it deserves to succeed. Spent a few hours at the place and then went to Fresh Boys. We were the only customers! Having been at fresh boys at the previous Friday when it was full up shows that mid week tends to be very slow

Yes Thai people are respectful to Americans and gay people. As others have in effect stated here try as best you can to do your homework: re living and accommodation, health insurance, taxation and all other financial issues. Accept that things are different usually in a nice way than back home. If you have sufficient money and health (or health care) plus the right attitude you can have a great time in Thailand!

Thx for all the interesting replies. So it seems to me that BBB and Toy Boys aiming specifically at the Chinese market and I suppose with tour groups etc that is the way to go. I also noticed particularly in BBB the customers seemed like mainly straight and straight-laced Chinese...(how boring!)

A few nights ago I was in BBB Pattaya .It was literally full up . Seems like full of Chinese who were taking up every seat and many seemed to be not drinking anything. Is this place now for only what appears to be Chinese tour groups or what?
