Decided to pay a visit to what is now called "New Screw Boys" last night around 9.00pm Friday, 28 April. See photo I took on arrival below. The place is located at the far end of Patpong. Ground floor level in effect downstairs from Fresh Boys. Inside the premises nicely cleaned up, yet the same size as previously. For those not familiar with it, they have retained the same seating arrangements, a bit awkward and cramped nonetheless in keeping with its' history, and this part of Bangkok. Staff greeted me nicely, one of which goes back for me a few decades. Can see more photos of the place on Facebook just type in "New Screw Boys". Drinks at about 350 per one. As I arrived early I was the only customer. And seems the place is in need of more custom. Six dancers on the stage, masculine types no shirt but each wearing sexy jeans. Was told more numbers arriving later. In fact, when I was there a real cutie arrived, but I was told he was top only though on the stage a few good lookers (through my eyes) who I was informed could be compatible. Apparently, there is a cabaret show nightly. (After I went to Dream boy. which seems more popular than ever especially with Asians; now a better selection and drink prices reduced). Anyway: I enjoyed my time in New Screw Boys. Definitely worth a visit!

On the day of the incident, Geng was at home alone because Noobird visited a neighbour. Upon returning home, he discovered that Geng was already gone, along with his valuable assets. Noobird further disclosed that Geng knew where he kept all his gold accessories. The stolen items included three gold bracelets, one gold necklace, one gold ring, and a watch worth over 200,000 baht. Excuse me I am now totally confused. I assume you make your 90-day report to CM. When you visit BKK a TM 30 you say needs to be made which causes problems with your 90 report. But that report is made to and decided by CM. So how is that the problem with Bangkok immigration? Please explain.

Maybe I am suffering from some brain fog but to whom exactly does TM 30 apply to? If one is living here long time say in BKK (eg on a retirement visa) going to another province for a short visit and staying there at a hotel for a few days requires no notification by the guest to immigration? Right or not? Added : I did some research after my initial posting here and it seems that CM immigration is one of the few offices which enforce TM 30 as the OP describes. I assume the OP is in CM or deals with an immigration office that handles TM 30 differently.

Recently had a late night in Pattaya and ended up in Boytown. The busiest and best place in that area seems to be at: BoyzMusic bar. Taken over the former premises of Cafe Royale. Re Grindr what I would like to see more here is a discussion about the practice of lot of members on grindr posting fake or fabricated profiles. Technology enables them to change their faces and bodies etc. and give more favorable usually false details about themselves such as age or weight and so on. Now I know an answer to this is to meet in a neutral location first or to have a live video call before inviting them home; but I would be glad to hear how others cope with this. No need to tell me that you have never had this problem. Whatever you say it is widespread on Grindr especially from MB's or those seeking benefits.

An acquaintance -fairly new to Bangkok- has asked me for advice re gay drinking places: bars, pubs etc. He has been to Soi 4 and he has a appetite for plenty of booze so he finds the go go bars expensive. Can anyone recommend some gay friendly drinking places? He is staying in the Silom area so I guess he would want that area eg patpong, but any suitable places not so far away is ok. vinapu: do u mean Dream Boy in pattaya or in BKK? My experience is that twinks are scarce in dreamboy BKK but more in dreamboy pattaya.. Incidentally Biggus Diggus above makes some v astute observations above re the energy changing in some of these bars from sexual to spectator. .A few staff in bars tell me there ain't so many offs as customers just want to look, chat and maybe touch but no go with the boy. Many here might remember the old Rome club which was the best in town until it was "infested" with straights which caused its downfall.

Dreamboy charge 500 baht for a drink, off is also 500. Freshboy 400 a drink and 500 the off also I believe. Hot male same... Surely these charges will deter some customers?!
