Something or someone is definitely lost in translation.

For those using Windows phones, the Here Maps & Here Drive apps are very helpful in finding your way once you download the map of a country and plan your routes, even when you're offline.. I've had several lost moments in the provinces of Vietnam and Cambodia, and even in some developed parts of Thailand when Google maps didn't respond at all.

Make sure you don't lose your bearing ;-:-)

Four or five years ago I had my first Dtac prepaid SIM card. A year later Dtac introduced the 3g services. I went to the Dtac office in Udon Thani with my passport in hand and the staff did the registration for me, choosing a random address in Silom Bangkok for me. That's how I got my 3g SIM registration and a 365 days validity with any top up. By the way, I usually top up a minimum of 100 baht at 7eleven or Dtac counter.

I've been using dtac prepaid for more than three years now (same number & sim card). I usually top up at 7-eleven or dtac store 100 baht each time. And I always got 365 days extension. I visit Thailand regularly.

Bring it on to start a precedent. But will it be worth your time & efforts. I'd rather laze on the beach & enjoy the sunset.

Some massage guys have profiles in Grindr, Hornet, etc and are willing to come to your hotel room after work or whenever they are free. I've been consistently quoted 1,500 baht in Pattaya, the same amount I would have to pay for them at the massage places i.e. 500 baht for massage & 1,000 baht for sex. Of course it's better to see the real person at the shop if you don't trust the face & other revealing pics in the apps.

These boys are basically prostitutes. The reluctant ones probably don't feel comfortable to be seen in public with their clients. On the other extreme end, some of them like to cling to their customers even to the extent of kissing in public. I prefer those who act neutral outside, and passionate when in private. Asking them to come to your room on their own is a good option.

This is simply an behavioral issue. Some guys live to indulge in drama, real or imaginary.

It was probably part of the show. I've seen several impersonations of divas by katoeys in Thai bars. One mamasan even appeared in a ballerina tutu one evening in Soi Twilight!
