Why is it that our preferred sauna scene developed in Brazil, and almost only there? Why is it that apparently Colombia is the next best country in South America for gay sexcapades, and not another country? If it's levels of poverty, I don't think these two stand out. If it's tourism, what about Peru Argentina Chile? if it's liberalism/openess, again - these two should be just as traditional, conservative/Catholic as the rest of the continent. [Unlike Thailand, where sex in general is apparently taboo-less.] So, IF I'm right in my observation that these two countries stand out, why is that?

Hi All, During my recent two weeks in Cartagena, I came across this term on Grindr. It was mentioned by some guys, who explained that it means sex without penetrations / anal activity.
