I have also stayed at the Zing Resort and Spa in Jomtien twice, going back again next month. Clean, friendly staff always ready to help, free wifi and TV in the Room, Restaurant serving breakfast until late and dinner, Swimming Pool and Sauna no problem with visitors, very near Jomtien Complex and the beach. Yes the price is low, and probably even lower in the summer which is low season. There is also another Zing Hotel not very far. Just make sure which one you are booking.

I guess you can do that, or alternatively use the coach at I think 142 B, very confortable journey. You can then hire a taxi or baht bus from the terminal at Jomtien to your hotel.

Not all non Thai boys are illegally in Thailand. I know two or three who return home regularly to renew their visas. There must be others.

May be it will turn karaoke later like X Boys which turns karaoke after 1:00 am.

Yes. Zing is very gay friendly. No problem with boys either at the reception or at the restaurant. Staff is friendly rooms are clean, serviced every day and good value for money. I stayed there twice and going again next January.

There are always taxis there.

A bit out of the way but you can always find sexy boys and all in briefs is X-Boys.

I think this Starbucks business model. People, including me and many students from the local University to work for several hours just buying one drink. They even provide large tables for people to work on.

Zing is very good and very gay friendly. I stayed there twice. I suggest you write and ask if they can give you a room away from the construction site.
