I have now lived in Thailand for 13 years.  Before that I visited quite often for 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Unfortunately, I detect a change in attitude of the Thai Government toward foreigners who live here.  When I first started getting my one year visa extensions it was only necessary to file 4 document and that has increased to 8 and you must sign two documents which they hand to you and are written in Thai language only.  Absolutely no idea what you have signed.  Perhaps a confession for unknown crimes.
