The bars, or at least some of them, should be open. Few days ago I was chatting with one of the dancers of zag club that is working there now. Also I did see massage places in paradise promoting themselves online, so they should also be (partly?) opened again.

Somehow I never visited Moonlight on my many previous Bkk trips... Reading your report (and some more posts of other contributers in the past) makes me think I should go there on my next trip in September. As I also prefer boys that are a bit on the muscle side (not too thin), so the boys in Moonlight would be a perfect match. I think what stopped me from going to Moonlight before, is that I thought almost no (muscled) bottoms to off there... As I am top only. You confined me to try it anyway... Try my luck. Hoping to be able to off a nice muscled guy who bottoms and also kisses... Like your MonBoy.

A few months ago I booked my ticket to Thailand for a very good price... Amsterdam to Bangkok in business class with Qatar Airways for about 750 euro each way. So for return I paid around 1500 euro. Fully refundable (lesson learned from covid: you never know what happens...) but because its a discount fare no access to lounges at airport. With prices for flights going up because traveling picking up and fuel prices rising, I'm happy I booked my ticket far in advance...

My last trip to Thailand was in February 2020, just before covid hit the world. Finally going there again, in September. Before covid I was a regular visitor of the kingdom. So I've seen the standard tourist places. I'm having planned almost a full month in Thailand in September. So was looking also for something else to enjoy there than just the boys... Any advise on not-so-knows-but-worth-visiting places to visit in/from Bangkok, Pattaya or Phuket are more than welcome! Or you guys always stick to the famous boy-areas in Bangkok and Pattaya...? Hahaha Was looking into visiting Phimai (via Nakhon Ratchasima maybe) and Phanom Rung... But no idea how and from where to get there easily. Anybody been there? Maybe I should find a driver from Bangkok for a few days or something? Or take trains and go for a real adventure?

Isn't test & go only available for fully vaccinated people? So the ones who choose to enter via the sandbox scheme are probably not vaccinated...?

Can't wait to be back in Thailand. Due to job requirements I will not be able to go to Bangkok, Phuket and Patong before September. But.... Rainy season... Any forum members have good or bad expierence visiting Thailand during rainy season? Go or no go?

Anyone can give an update about the new Tawan bar? Very curious to know...

I am very interested also if any of the forum members can provide any updates... What bars are open and closed? How many boys "on display"? What's the atmosphere? Myself I can't wait to visit Thailand again. And like to read about how the gayscene in BKK is recovering from covid19 pandamic...

Babylon Sauna in Bangkok has little windows in the doors of the private cubicles that are located in the part that opens late afternoon (I think it is from 5pm if I am correct). Cubicles in the other part of the sauna don;t have little windows how I remember it.

I wonder the same myself. Haven't been in BKK for 2 years now, and what I can read in the forum a lot of things have changed. In a different post I found: Did anybody actually visit Tawan lately? Much reports on Moonlight, Jupiter and the new Patong2 bars, but what about Tawan? I personally like a boy with a muscular body; not too slim but does't need to be body building type either. So probably Moonlight and Jupiter are good options for me when it comes to the type f guys they have. But I read also reports about the high prices (Moonlight) and most of the muscular type boys are "men" and do not kiss, suck or get fucked themselves (Moonlight & Jupiter)... Me being a top; it will probabaly be hard to find a boy to off there for me that can bttm.... What you guys think are the bars with the best chances for me?

Till now I was only reading things in this forum, never posted something. But... I would like your advice on something. Beginning of January I will travel around SE-Asia for two months, off course starting in BKK. Would like to go to a good salon to get my back waxed.
