If they actually did have sex, then they were to take another pill 24 hours after having sex and a fourth pill 48 hours after it. The period of taking PrEP would thus cover two to three days. If they continued having sex, they were told to continue taking PrEP until 48 hours after their last experience.
My problem is I very rarely "anticipate" having sex. It just happens in the moment.

Can you please provide a link to research that supports your 'on-demand' taking of PrEP provides the same level of protection as daily use?

I have thought this over. If one of us lost a partner, no one would question us posting about it. Hell, if we lost a dog we'd be posting about it. So where does the rule get drawn that you cannot post about a loss- of any kind. It's the same thing Oz is always telling us- ignore what you don't like. Obviously an escort and a client can form a close bond. It can hurt when bonds no longer exist. So post about it. Many of us will be here for you.

As others have mentioned, the metro is clean, safe and efficient.  I've used it and recommend it.
I will say that getting too used to Uber makes me feel totally lazy at times as a traveler.  When cities go through their spats with Uber, it's a nice reminder that other forms of transportation are widely available and often times a lot more fun

I just flew to Salvador Bahia on GOL....great price but neither the flight to or back to MIA had any TVs on the long flights...

The problem here is mvan's belief in the danger increasing, his own history of being attacked, yet he continues to visit Brazil. Why the effort to discourage others to visit when this history exists for him? If it's okay for mvan to visit Brazil, it is okay for any other savvy traveler. And I do believe that mvan is a savvy traveler.

I agree with Ben. I have always been on guard when I travel. I always get taxis and never use public transportation in Brazil. I felt safer that way.  On one of my first visits in 2002, there was crime all over and I remember one guy coming to my hotel with blood on his shirt from a shooting that took place on his bus to get to me. He was not even affected by it and just asked to clean up. 
I have been in Thailand with military coups and in Saudia Arabia when they encouraged people to kill Westerns. I always take precautions. Perhaps it is my NYC in the late 80's and early 90's that made me be more cautious or leery but I always keep my guard up. I never felt unsafe or in danger.  I have felt watched before but I think it was because I am so handsome and not because I am obviously American or a tourist (although it could be the latter). 
Have fun at Carnival Ben.  It is my favorite time of the year to be there.

Have you ever been to the facility?  I suspect not.  
There never was a sign.  You simply obtain the address or phone number and knock on the door or you can call them from your cell phone and they will come to the door to greet you.  
The facility is located within a large building that looks like an apartment house.  It would be inappropriate to have signage on the facility considering the type of building it is.  
As to their website being down, the website is unimportant.  The website, the employees and the management NEVER advertise the facility on its website as a brothel.  For purposes of the facility, it is a place for only a massage - and for the address and for the telephone number.  
If their site is temporarily down, Google will provide their phone number.  
If you were to call and ask for sex, you will get a negative response.  
Each and every time I was there, as the concierge closed the door with me and one of the guys, the concierge always said, "have a good massage"

There's nothing special about that photo. It's out-of-focus, and it's not very flattering to either actor. A model's face should never be placed on the outer edge of a lens to avoid lens distortion. BelAmi boys have access to seriously talented photographers. Why on earth would they put that unflattering photo in their ad? Sounds to me like someone enjoys the feeling of escort tongue up his ass. (Can't say there's anything wrong with that.)

Sharing a photo on the internet in a private area is only "private" if you trust every member of that club. Sharing a photo with an in-person friend is not the same thing as giving that photo to a friend. Any photo shared on the internet, private or not, is a gift. It can be stolen and used with negative intent. Typically, I fall into the camp of trust no one in order to secure less disappointment.

A few years back when things were much bleaker in the airline industry there was a running joke that pilots were carrying signs that said will fly for food.  Having the cabin crew work for tips is a sad commentary on the state of the industry.  Professionals do not work for tips.  
I have never been offered a tip as the pilot in command and the owner of a business but my pilot employees did get tips from time to time for service above and beyond.  I always said, good for you and good for our reputation.
