Im going there in two weeks. I booked most of my accommodations through Booking.com, where they have better rates than Airbnb. I booked a hotel room in Kyoto via Airbnb, but once the booking is confirmed, it revealed the name and address of the hotel, which on Booking.com is Au$12 p/n cheaper than Airbnb. The only thing I like about Airbnb is it gives you the option to pay it in four fortnightly payments.

I go to the Philippines almost every year and visit my favourite gogo bar called White Bird in Baclaran, which is closer to Makati. There are actually three gay bars in that area too; Machete (unattractive go-go boys, weird sitting arrangement, I left after watching one dance number) and Apollo (a very sexy Filipino go-go boy opened the show, the music is blaring very uncomfortable, big gap between each dancer, I left after seeing two other dancers who were not attractive). I prefer the White Bird. They have plenty of cute guys, very good rotation of dancers, some of them would get off the stage to get your tip (PHP100 is acceptable) that you can stuff in their briefs, and while you're there feel free to cup a feel, they won't mind. There will be 'floor manager' that would pimp you one or two boys to sit with you. DON'T. Because once the boys are sitting with you, you're not allowed to touch them and they will remind you. They would make money off you by ordering food and drinks and they would pick the most expensive ones on the menu because they get 25% commission from that. They would then get off the stage and approach each one of the audiences for tips. Make sure you have plenty of PHP100, because that's how much I give each of them. Some will ask for more and if you like the guy, you can give him more. And if you like to get to know him more, this is the best time to tell him that you're interested and would like for him to join you on your table. Or you can tell the floor manager who you like and she will get him to join you. These guys are usually 'game' and happy for you to fiddle with them but you have to move to a booth located on the right side of the bar. There's another one located in the back and if it's free, I'd go there with my go-go boy, if i were you. You can freely do whatever you like but discuss with him first. When I was with my talent, he agreed for me to blow him for PHP2000 but he didn't cum but that's ok with me because he let me kiss him in the mouth too and that was hot! The other thing i like about White Bird is that they have masseurs walking around looking for business. When I go there I always treat myself a 30 mins back/neck/head/arms massage for PHP100.

Hi, I am travelling to Palawan for a week between February 22-28 and I would like to know if there are fun places for gays. I've approached many guys on the street. My opening line is to ask them what time is it or if they have a lighter. The people from the Visayan region, where you currently are, are known for being friendly and charming. I live in Sydney now but my best friend was born from that area. It's so typical of Pinoys (the Filipinos) to have preference for white men. I would suggest staying in the Malate area. The gay bars are scattered but you can use Grab (Manila's Uber) to get to them and back to your accommodation. You'd probably spend 200-500 pesos getting around and you have the option of paying cash to the driver or pay via the app. That 's what I used the whole time I was there in February. Malate is close to the University belt where there's a big shopping mall called Robinsons Galleria, If you hang out there, you could meet some nice young horny students. Never happened to me but it happened to my white Aussie 50-something friend who's pick up line is to either ask for direction or ask for a time.

Excellent report! I am a Pinoy living in Sydney. I've been visiting Manila almost every year for 20 years. My go-to place to meet hot Pinoys is the gay bars with gogo boys. At least you get to see the goods and they are usually hot and nice looking. However when you 'table' a guy, some bars have a strict policy of no-touching inappropriately and the boys will get in trouble if they were caught doing it or allowing a client to do it to them. At least that's what one of the boys told me. It was a rip off because you pay a lot of money on their food and drinks and all you're allowed to do is talk to them. That's like AUD350. On top of that, the manager wanted a tip also! I never got lucky on Grindr. When they found out that I'm also a Pinoy, theyre not interested. When I offered a 'reward', a few responded wanting an amount ranging from 2,000 pesos to 10,000 pesos. I set up a meeting with a 21-yo student who looks nice in the picture and is ok with 1,000 pesos plus tip if I like his performance but when he arrived he's so effeminate and did not look anything like his pictures. I guess what I wanted to say is, the Philippines may be an easier place to travel due to locals' knowledge of the English language compared to Thailand but it's easier for me to get my sex in Thailand than in my homeland.

I considered visiting Arena but found not much info about it in English. Despite mixed reviews on Villa Giani on here, I still visited it out of curiosity.
