I felt the movie was visually stunning, but the actting by all the characters fell short. I justified Francos performance by the character he was supposed to be, and over the top, corny sleazeball. But after seeing him perform as the Oscars host a few years back, I just think cornball is his persona.. I found myself having more affection for the created characters of Monkey and China girl. It was also a bit too long, but all in all the familiar story was once again enjoyable..

Whatever the situation, it sounds like indentured servitude to me, and even if both parties are consenting, its Creepy to me... He was "bizarre" from the beginning, and most definitely reminded me of a potential "serial killer" who would sit in his darkened room and plot an elementary school shotup.... The kid frightened me from the start, and you could always see there was something a bit "off" about him, but I chalked it up to a difficult childhood and him being a "loner".... But that final performance was a bit "psycho" and his rant was clearly a cry for HELP.... I hope SOMEONE heard him !

Well the semi fianlists that America picked are a clear indication that public opinion differed from the judges. Where are those 2 females that the judges lauded as "total packages" and "ready to be on the charts NOW" ???? This group of 10 makes for a pretty motley Idol tour, and at this juncture, I really dont give a fuck who wins. They are all MEH to me....(even Lazarro, whose story is inspiring, but whose voice is kinda weird and nasally)....

Well if history is any indicator....GAY doesnt win this contest NONE of the 5 males "do it" for me. Some may be cute, but they are NOT STARS, and I am not anxious to see them. I turned it off before they picked the 5 girls so I dont know who got IN, but there were only 2 that had the "IT" factor and neither were stellar singers IMO..... I really dont think the judges picked an "Exciting" bunch of contenders.

His antics of late are Troubling. Trying too hard to be a Badass thug..... And his behavior makes him less and less adorable to ME.. I beleive he is truly a scared and insecure Kid who is trying to make you constantly Notice him.... Troubling

ALL the semi-finalists fail to impress, but I am more partial to a female winner this year..... Zonette makes watching the show worthwhile, although I suspect she will be making an early departure. But ya never know once Idol does its "makeover magic", she COULD pull it off.
