Based on Trumps "no accountibilty verdict" in his NYC Hush money conviction, its pretty clear that ALL his nominations, questionable or not, WILL get approved for Cabinet service. I am still not sure what the point or purpose of all the notoriety about his sentencing was for, if you are just gonna let him walk away without any punishment ? All it did was allow Trump to continue to rant about and degrade the judicial system and the people involved, and laugh in the faces of the American people. Although his "no sentence" sentence does become a historical record, Trump believes he was exonerated and gives another FUCK YOU to everyone involved..
