  1. I believe that I was right when I was thinking that Rodolfo was recolating to Consolação. This could even further improve the numbers and the quality of the boys going to Lagoa since the neighbourhood is home of the biggest gay community of SP.
  2. @NoGagSuckerSFThe first guy is great. His name is Fernando Maranhao and he did some porn too. Check this https://mobile.twitter.com/irmaosdotados/status/1041433741573451776?s=09: Also the second guy (black, tattooed) was very good.
  3. Just sharing my last days experience in SD... I've spent time both with self provided and Manny's guys...from twinks to model looking guys. 1500 DOP - 2600 DOP - 4000 DOP (Min-Avg-Max), for approx. 60 min sessions, including eventual finders fees
  4. Oh no...another thread about crime and muggings in Rio...while the homicide rate decreased of a 18% YoY. I'm gonna repeat myself ...besides people getting robbed 392 times a week...STOP PUTTING A HUGE TARGET ON YOUR BACK, acting like a tourist, or doing stupid things like acting as a rich person (brazilian or not) while you're in areas at risk. If you don't do stupid things you'll not get mugged. The only time I got assaulted was i guess 3 years ago, while sitting on Copacabana's beach at night...I deserved it as a lesson. This is not something valid only in Rio or Brazil (where the crisis is still hitting hard)....it's still valid in every big city, with some rare and extreme exceptions. But i want to spend a couple of words about 117's place....Rua Candido Mendes outside 117 is not dangerous until you don't pass the Swiss consulate which is 4 or 5 buildings upwards from 117. The route between 117 and the metro is safe even at night, until you walk staying close to the buildings. The robberies and the muggings which occurred to the garotos on the last times occurred in Rua da Gloria, on the road side which faces towards Flamengo; and in Rua Hermenegildo de Barros, which is the road above 117, where Ubers usually do a U-turn and where many garotos park their cars and motorbikes. True, these guys are complaining, but ask them why they think they got robbed and they'll all tall you they did a stupid thing. One was walking on the road side of Rua da Gloria and got stopped by two armed guys on a motorbike, while wearing a huge golden necklace and walking with his iphone on his hands wearing earplugs. Another one was having a Facetime call while walking in the night. Another one was counting the bills at the corner... Another one (which is one of the former) got beaten down because he tried himself to beatdown the assaulters. Too bad it was a 3 vs 1. Got lucky they didn't have a knife or a gun. Don't think that the thieves don't know what's going on in saunas (can be 117, 202, Lagoa....and so on) and how much money is coming in and out from it. Last week I was forced to interrupt a brief holiday in Europe and to come back to Sao Paulo, because thieves incredibly broke into my apartment (and 2 more on the same building). Curiously the same thing happened to a friend of me in NYC at the beginning of July and 2 building workers, got injured too. Around 8 years ago I was sitting "alone" waiting for a late night bus in Dublin and playing with my mobile phobe...which got stolen from a young kid. Oh and then there's a friend of a friend of me in the UK, which got seriously injured by acid attacks. (and for some reasons....i feel like it's easier to die in a big EU city due to a terrorist attack than to die in Brazil due to an assault.) The short version? Act as a local, don't do stupid things and in the case that shit happens, don't do the Rambo.
  5. The owner of Fercho has just sent me this message, where he's saying that due to bureaucracy reasons, he's forced to move the activity. It's been a week that the planned events, are getting posponed in Fercho. So this is it. No clear indication of the reopening date. Knowing the owner he'll send you the guys directly to your place or to a love hotel nearby...but at this point, Mileroticos is going to be the main source of fun for those who go to Medellin.
  6. This is the highest i have ever paid for a sauna boy (amounts in BRL) in the home Brazil. 150 - standard programa 250 - overnight till after lunch 450 - day 1000 - weekend The averages are about 25% lower than the above. For internet guys i would say you roughly have to double the previous amounts.
  7. I don't know it this update has already been presented to the community by someone else. A friend of me in SP who works at the Policia Federal told the there are some news for tourists visiting the country and overstaying the visa. Until the end of 2017 overstaying your tourist visa in Brazil wasn't a big problem. No huge red stamps inside the passport (normally, not automatically, depends on the officer), and a small fine of about R$8/day with a maximum of R$800 in total to be paid before boarding the plane. Not a big concern. The thing has now changed, if they catch you, the new fine is R$100/day with a maximum of R$10,000 per person. It will also result in a 7 to 60 days time window granted you to leave the country (still there is no clear law which tells how to deal with illegal immigrants who became illegal by overstaying). Paying the fine will not be compulsory when leaving, even if it's a good idea to fix your standings against the Policia Federal as soon as you're fined. But you will be forced to pay that on your next trip to the country otherwise you will not be allowed to enter (and this will also happen if you if your flight arrives in a moment of the day where banks are still closed since you cannot directly pay the PF). Paying the fine to a brazilian consulate in your country should be possible. The red stamp thing of course is still valid and in case you're also overstaying the final grace time, allowed you to leave the country, you'll get banned for 1 to 5 years from visiting Brazil. Again...nothing in Brazil is automatic since PF officers have their own autonomy when making decisions about tourists....but don't be stupid, or if you really like to stay here without having to meet deadlines, find a way to get a more flexible visa.
  8. Yeah i forgot to say that....get your CPF in the consulates on your countries!!! It will be extremely easy compared even to what i needed to do in Rio (which has nothing to do with my message above)
  9. So we all know that getting a CPF in Brazil is a good idea. It will make extremely easy to get a SIM card, to buy tickets to get the same fares as the ones the brazilian people pay in the everyday life. Sometimes ago there was a guide here in this forum written by @sanddunes which was really helpful. And while in his case (as on mine) it has been really easy to get a CPF, the recent case of a friend of me turned out to be the "Perfect guide to waste a whole day of your time". This happened in Rio. At first I suggested him to visit the website of the "Receita Federal". I was sure that the government did add a new feature which allows you to get a CPF directly with your foreign passport in real time. I was true...too bad that on the contrary to what was reported in the procedure's instruction on the same page, everything we did get was the receipt which you have to bring to one of their offices (the same document I have received at the post office when i went in there some months ago). So, before going to one of the receita federal offices, we went to 2 post offices. If you read carefully their website, you'll find out that they're one of the credited companies to issue a CPF in realtime, even to foreigners. The first one told us that only they could not help us. The second one asked my friend for a proof of residency. I told them that he was visiting so he did not have any kind of bank statement, or any kind of bill showing an address. So they invited me to let my friend use one of my statements, so that he could get his CPF. While this could have worked fine, to me it looked a very stupid thing to do. What's the point of providing a fake data to get a CPF, while you're trying to get a CPF to avoid using a fake one when required? So we went to the Banco do Brasil agency close to the previous post office...no help. Then with the receipt generated by the website, we went to the Receita Federal in Ipanema. After queuing for 10 minutes to get the number, we are told that the CPF for foreigners is issued in that facility only on Mondays (it was a Thursday). Ok....fine... We fired up Uber, destination set to Receita Federal in Botafogo, were we've been told that only the MAIN office in Centro is able to issue CPFs for foreigners at this time. Another Uber ride until the Centro took about 30 minutes because of the heavy traffic jams. I'd like you to keep in mind that at it was already 1 PM; it all started at 9.30 AM. We got inside the Receita Federal...nice building and we are quickly sent to the CAC's offices. We were pleased to see that there was nearly no queue. So we went to the desk to get the number, and finally we got an affermative answer. YES it was possible to get my friend's damned CPF. But good things come at a cost...TIME. The guy asks us if we did have an appointment, booked using the same website from where we did get the receipt. When I told the guy that you must use your own CPF to get an appointment, he agreed with me when I told him that I'd be a kind of a wizard If i was able to use something I am trying to get, without actually having it. So even if the office was nearly empty, we were told that the first available "slot" was at 4.30 PM. You can easily imagine that my friend still doesn't have his own CPF. So if you are planning to get your CPF soon...GOOD LUCK, or try that in SP.
  10. I can be wrong of course and I'd love to see Acir succeed in his quest. But 13 years have passed since 2006...I cannot talk about those years but for sure since that year a big share of the marked moves to the internet. Saunas revenue are indeed mostly made up by locals. That's what makes me think, the locals don't care about huge goodlooking facilities, the locals just look for sex and an enjoyable place where to speak, drink and smoke a cigs with friends. Someone said that one of LC goals will be to attract the huge tourists wallets. Surely the guys who'd like to leave 202 but that cannot go to 117, will have a new alternative.
  11. The cities are much safer in Colombia than Brazil.
  12. Try to arrive at 17 to don't miss the guys who will arrive at around 18 (the majority of them) in the peak days.
  13. SInce the day i went to live to Brazil, I have been posting some regular detailed reports about the situation of Brazilian saunas. From now on I am going to provide the smallest amount of what i believe it is the most helpful information to let you decide where to go and when, and what you''ll fine in there. The reports are based on the last 3 months (Apr-June) RJ-117 (typically toned to muscular very good-looking guys, great facilities) - Best day is still tuesday (free suites). Monday closed. Saturdays, Sundays and Thursdays are still worth to visit (in this order). Fridays are hit or miss. Wednesdays are slow. RJ-202 (typycally a mixture between good-looking toned guys, and twinks, good facilities) - Best day is Wednesday (free suites). Tuesday closed. Friday (free suites) and Monday are worth a visit (in this order). Other days are slow RJ-NMM - Just forget SP-Lagoa (same description ad RJ-117, more model-looking guys, more gay looking guys) - Best day is Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays are IMHO worth a visit (in this order). Other days are slow SP-Fragata - Just skip BH-Olimpo - Cannot compare to other saunas because of the size. Hit or miss every day, but beautiful place where I always had at least one great encounter each day i went in there. PA-General - To me the sauna scene is dead in there....or at least on an halt.
  14. IMHO this sauna will have a hard time as MH21 had, as it's short lived successor. Big expectations and huge, expensive facilities have usually turned out to be disappointing. My last visit to MH was to say hello to Acyr....there was no one inside. The opening date got postponed....still no traces of "propaganda" (Advertising). I hope that Acyr (and Jamie) will not do the same mistakes. The big question for me is (which is a recurring one among my brazilian friends and the boys to who i usually like to talk to) which kind of guys will it attract? Will they be 117-type? I doubt it, the kind of GP which goes to 117 (and maybe 202), is the kind who get used to the same old place where they never run into any problem and where the customers (especially the international ones) have always been for the last 20 years. Will it attract AAA guys who can afford to work 100% or their time (or something very close to 100%) using the internet? I doubt it....why would they need to do that. WIll it attract MM-like guys? Probably yes...as MH did. The nextdoor guy, is not the type of boy I like. And I believe that statistically this will exclude a vast majority of the sexual tourists who comes to Brazil to have sex with beautiful guys for 30 bucks. Not with the nextdoor twink (as i said...the majority) Probably a few of the guys at 202 will drop Junior for a combination of reasons...but I'd not bet more than.a $10 bill on the success of this new sauna. It's not easy, even assuming that 117 and 202 will not modify their schedule to compete against LC. "Propaganda" needs money, to make propaganda you need promotions, which need more money.
  15. I might have some information about this. It should open on Wednesday, next week, but the source of this info might not be extremely reliable.
  16. Make America Great Again! Yeah doesn't make sense to me....but I know at least 2 people who got the citizenship late due to a similar parents decision. Surely they did not got deported back to their "home" countries.
  17. Lagoa might have the best facilities in Brazil (not 100% sure about this actually, when compared to 117 or 202 now) but it has the worst layout ever. You're never able to get an idea about how many, who are and where are the garotos inside the sauna, so you actually need to do an active search. If you stay at the tables by the pool you cannot see what happens in the corridor and in the bar, if you stay un the bar you cannot see what happens in the corridor....and so on. In Brazilian saunas I usually like to spend my time at the bar watching the guys to make a decision, in Lagoa it's not an easy task IMHO.
  18. Well there's little pay-for-sex industry in Italy...maybe a bit better in the north than in the rest of the country, but it just cannot compare to East European cities (the old times at least), Berlin, BCN/MAD, or South America.
  19. Lagoa is the only sauna in Brazil where i'm going only if one of the following occurs: No interesting garotos available from my contact list (which is huge) No interesting garotos available from the internet (Grindr/www) Friends of users from the forum are visiting. When I go is not bad, but it cannot compare with 202 or 117. I don't even like the facilities.
  20. It's moving...but if, when, why and where....that's Rodolfo....you never know.
  21. Go for the chernobyl NPP tour! Not joking is extremely interesting and safe.
  22. Guys seriously...don't go there. It's just 10 meters far from one of the most dangerous and biggest favelas of Rio. Check the map....the area inside the red lined circle are the Vila Alianca-Coreia favelas The favelas in this zone of Rio have the bad feature to be very close to each other and to be controlled by criminal gangs at war or worse by the Milicia (which extremely increases the risk of raids).
  23. Can quote tomcal 100%. BB sex between Garotos in "x-ways" is common, the guys know and trust each other. Many guys once they know you and if they like you (physically), will offer BB sex. Just decline the offer if you're not into it. As I said, I have personally seen many of the regulars I am spending time with in RJ or SP, taking prep. The percentage increases between the guys who are openly gay or bisexual. For sure, I wanna add something obvious... having BB sex with a sex worker that you don't know while you are not taking prep and testing regularly is a very stupid thing. I can also tell you that in Bogotá and Medellín I was offered BB sex from the 95% of the guys.
