This might help, @Tomcal. I was in Rio last November and, as always, I withdrew money from my Chase ATM in different occasions through Itau, Bradesco, and even Banco do Brasil. I thought this was an isolated incident but I tried it again in São Paulo and the rates were still more favourable than making international ATM withdrawals and paying all those fees.
