How much does this boat tour cost? And how much is the expected tips?

Please please do report back your experience (both good and bad) on bar Fama and Bubu lounge. Too many posters ask questions but never give us feedback here. I have been to Bubu lounge, their gogo boys are hot, but they are just gogo boys. I didn't see them soliciting business, and didn't see any customers approaching them. They danced on stage and disappeared to backstage during breaks. I have also been to bar Fama, it was the Wednesday before Christmas last year, the place was quite empty. There were about 5 customers and 2 dirty looking (average slim body shape, not at all muscular) street boys playing pool with shirts off. It was not my type of place although the host and busboy are very friendly.

He is indeed very handsome. I have seen him many times at the clubs. He seems to be quite reserved and not energetic compared to other gogo boys. I am curious if he is good (i.e., enthusiastic and energetic) in bed?

Many posters indicated sauna is the best starting point for beginners. But I would be interested in his experience on hiring GPs from garotolandia or rentman afterwards. Most posters ask for recommendations but never post back their experiences.

Great report @young11. When I meet a bad performer, I certainly always express my dissatisfaction to him (on Google translate if he doesn't speak English). One such guy volunteered to lower his price by 20R. But I agree with you, why even pay more than half of the original price when he cannot perform, so far I just haven't bothered to argue or make a big deal out of it.

I had some responses to my Grindr profile while I was in Brazil, but unfortunately most of them were low quality. I am into clean cut fitness/muscular guys (and I put this in my profile description). 90% of the respondents were out of my consideration. I agree. I go to night clubs in SP quite often, many clubs have gogo dancers. People rarely tip the dancers at night clubs in Brazil, I suppose it's the culture here. But I often just sneak bills in their socks, sometimes even R20 bills. I do this not because I am hoping to hookup with them later, but because I like some dancers moves, or their expression. That's all. And sometimes I see young guys (customers) dancing at clubs but not buying any drinks all night (these are not druggies clubs), so I go buy beers for them, and left them alone. Again, I have no any intention other than seeing happy faces. And I am thankful I can afford to do this.

Yes please upload pictures of the apartment. I have only rented an Airbnb apartment once in Ipanema, and didn't like it. The other trips are all hotel stays (4 stars), which are just ok.

Most apartment buildings in Brazil do have 24 hour doormen.

I am curious if this is each way or round trip upgrade price. Many airlines now offer last minutes bidding for upgrades, with a set minimum starting price. This usually starts a few days before your departure time. And to OP...Yes I think the airfares to Brazil are higher now compared to a couple years ago. In 2015 I have two round trips in coach, both were around $620 each, although they were not in peak season. One in early December, the other in late January. Price have since climbed up steadily, to $850, $900, and now I usually pay $1100 for economy. And yes, Brazilianexpress.com usually have good price. And if you belong to an airlines mileage program, these long haul flights can easily get you some elite status after a couple trips, and you will have free access to economy plus seats, and even upgrades.
