$233 is nothing. I would happily pay it, and more. There is no such insurance rate in Canada that stratifies public versus private care meaningfully. I pay for MRIs electively. As an experiment, my latest MRI plan was a referral to the public system by my GP. After a series of re-refers I am still waiting after 3 months to be scheduled for an appointment let alone how distant that appointment would be. The Quebec health system is rubbish and about the highest tax rate of provinces. STI screening infrastructure is superb, though. And I like my GP but what can he do? Most senior issues call for specialist care. I went to Florida for inguinal hernia repair non-mesh Desarda Method, completed 5 days after calling them, $8,000 all in, worth it. Shouldice Hospital in Ontario, private, had a 4-month wait that would have put me just past the timing at which they shut down early in COVID.

You are a time-waster and obnoxious. I have read nothing of interest or usefulness you’ve posted. Basic you are.

It’s a toss up for me and lately I try to work both in on any given trip.

If it’s shortly after it’s usually friction; mucosal tissue irritation. I typically have the recipient wear a condom for fellatio due to high STI rates among sex workers. Even then, my throat often feels sore later. The exception to protection is if if I want my pharynx bred and the transaction includes the guy tossing a load in my mouth. But I can count on both hands the number of those occasions over the last 35 years. Mind you, 4 times this year! Pandemic abstinence combined with some must-have cocks. I have to watch that I don’t develop a taste for it; their groans may be fake-ish but nevertheless thrilling. A recent guy (Brazil) threw it in twice in minutes; not sure why as I had not requested it. But willing I was for seconds. I am lifetime STI free including the latest test panel obviously sought due to the recent surge of gobbled up protein snacks. Broke down just once in Colombia so far. Repeat screening in order before Xmas.

AYOR. Teasing of course. I wear sensible Nike Free footwear.

I find it safe. Luck of the draw. There are true crime stories in all districts that back up the necessity of guardedness. The main drag is full of throngs of nice locals. The idea is that wherever you are vigilance is warranted. And if you stay in Catete you will still be out and about ranging likely from south to Ipanema to northerly up to the Museum of Tomorrow area. My radius following several extended visits is more expansive, but perhaps impractical for newbies. Many well-heeled locals use the Metro and light rail transit, as I do. Seniors ride for free and are entitled to a seat if crowded. Never once stalled; in contrast, have had gig-based vehicles stuck in traffic. However, my stylist is on leave when I travel and I blend in quite well. A grocery store shopping bag is as functional as a backpack. I am usually among the more poorly dressed on local transit; Brazilians take great pride in appearance notwithstanding socioeconomic status. I have no need of attractive mating plumage considering exclusive transactional play.

I am under surveillance due to long-standing elevated PSA that seems to be in a holding pattern, in fact currently down from previous peak reads some years ago. Had expensive 4K score analysis with Sloan-Kettering, but correlation is not predictive; obviously everybody with CA has/had elevated Kallikrein reads. I have intermittent hyperplasia with tolerable pain voiding. Annual MRIs that are clear to date. Avoiding biopsy so far. However, I would definitely explore focused laser ablation with Sperling Prostate Centre (formerly NYC, now Florida) if it came down to more intervention. I would diligently read up on it beyond what I’ve uncovered so far, as well as the literature on pros and cons of biopsy; or integrate biopsy and immediate treatment in one Sperling visit. I would pony up much cash for the chance of a good outcome that was based on less risk to pelvic nerve plexus damage. No insurance transferable from Canada but a likely tax break based on medical expenses. I could have my prostate removed in Canada for nothing obviously, but the elective surgery infrastructure has pretty much collapsed.

It’s just one example because it’s the only hotel I occasionally use. It’s the Windsor Florida Hotel. It is right by the Catete Metro, the first station south of Gloria Metro where 117 is situated, though I usually walk the 15 minutes. Flamengo Beach, Republic Palace, Our Lady of Gloria on the Hill Church, etc. Copacabana, Ipanema? Been there done that. If you want throngs of beach goers stay there. But I occasionally zip down on the Metro. It’s a question of taste and preference. One gets accustomed to ease and familiarity of shopping for self-catered meals, etc. Foreign tourist sightings are rare in the Gloria/Catete neighbourhood. Others here will promote the more typical locations for a first-time visitor. On my last visit the closest I got was Botafogo.

Wed Oct 12th is a national religious (and formal bank) holiday as well as Children’s Day. Folks from surrounding environs may be booking the Tues night in order to take in the south zone beaches the following day. Interestingly, my sometimes hotel in its direct booking platform blocks a request from Oct. 9-23, but their system suggests Oct. 12-26 as an alternative. That dovetails with my zany theory. I sometimes book a modest but serviceable Airbnb for the full kitchen and double up with the hotel booking for the lovely rooftop terrace and pool (with gym) when it’s hot. This often runs merely $100USD for the two accommodations combined and the hotel has an incredible breakfast spread.

You may have to experiment splitting up the total duration into components, particularly if the stay is on the lengthy side. Sometimes a 2-week stint is blocked simply due to a wedding on one night within the given period where guests are all staying the one night. Hence, Booking dot com yields ‘dates unavailable’. It’s why I usually use Airbnb but I have been doing so for years with success, while others won’t go near the platform. 100-200 Euros can go far on Airbnb in terms of quality. —— And may your beautiful fruit abroad, peaches, passion fruit, and otherwise, be bountifully cum-filled.

Additionally, follow the news for possible upcoming instability as it appears former president “Lula” will win the current election but incumbent windbag “Bozo” has threatened that he has the military totally behind him. If Lula does not secure the win immediately, a run off at the end of the month could mean a very tumultuous October.
-
That is absolutely impossible. Now I am beginning to worry about your planning skills, as I believe there is a relationship between such generic abilities and having a good experience with sex trade where newbies tend to be more vulnerable to exploitation, being taken advantage of. What booking platform are you using and, if you don’t mind a reveal, your travel dates? I don’t know your primary language; my sense is that it is not English. You will need to use a translation app at times in Brazil. Perhaps you are very worldly and experienced but your assertion about accommodation availability is a red flag 🚩to my way of thinking.

I myself love nipple stimulation. I tell the guys mine are 2nd and 3rd peru for me, in no particular order. They love lovers of nipple sucking. It’s one item on the menu that doesn’t impose on them the obligation of consistent rock hard tumescence. It’s just that you cannot always provide a convincing argument that meandering down to your dick is a simple variation of sucking with little additional significance associated with it.

Maybe you will retrieve meaningfully following your moment; have faith. And if ‘Domican’ is a grammatical gaffe, I must have missed that class. Sheesh.
-
OK, then, I give in. There is a Domican Republic sub forum on the board. Have it your way, those that must, and cannot see past their humourless noses. And the flag is perhaps a hybrid of rainbow, Lalaland and that of a particular banana republic.

Differentiating your three typologies does not make total sense. The Iberian peninsula ethnic admixtures are also diverse. If you are predisposed to favouring Caucasian men, just say that, no harm no foul. There may be your preferred type there, but lack of flexibility may be limiting. You can check out the hundreds of escort ads. You will find the sites by name by searching forums here. It will yield broad representation that basically transfers over to the brothel venues. Or Google ‘acompanhante masculino Brasil’ to pull up the major contenders viz sites. Their full ad descriptions will tend to be briefer than your handle. LOL

I’m usually happy with one trip encounter for these less predictable destinations. Five years ago this season was soaked up to my ankles in flooded PV streets that became rivers. Without my fly-fishing waders I just walked southbound from digs near northerly local market, in my bare feet or plastic sliders; lucky to endure no major abrasions to soles, or electrocution for that matter. Put shoes back on when could keep them dry. Got lucky with a buff inexpensive guy in private dance mode at Wet. Ironic … Wet. Anthropology was a wash; also ironic given late-ish PM torrential floods. I had been many times in the 1990s for winter vacays pre sex tourism life stage. Always liked it, including in 2017.

At some point in time in the very distant future these complicated labour-intensive spreadsheets will be considered anthropological curiosities, a game integrating Twister, Steeplechase, Sudoku, Monopoly, Balderdash and Trivial Pursuit. For now, my eyes are strained. Exhausting. I just want to pass Go and spread ‘em between the sheets. Same goes for Turco St. Moritz. I’m not even going to try to explain the system. But your detail is very useful just the same.

Eeeesh. Satena only allows a personal item, it turns out, and I was required to check the cabin bag I had planned on taking on board; a 2nd less important bag was to be checked anyway. Fortunately, I had time to rearrange things, wearing extra layers of more expensive items and making sure vital stuff was transferred to the small backpack that was the personal piece brought on. It was the one piece that fit the chrome enclosure and satisfied wright limits. I have never had a bag lost or delayed in my lifetime but I expect there’s easily a first time.
