So before this Trump war, Iran had its money frozen, ships moved freely, gulf states were thriving, a large part of the world had fertilizer for food and US military stockpiles were larger and most important, now deceased Americans (13) were alive, and 100's not injured.. Now the theocratic regime of Iran has a chokehold on Hormuz and the economy of the gulf states, they are going to get billions, we are short on certain missile stock, world food production is affected and there are dead Americans. They still have nuclear assets with no inspections. Trump calls this a "win". Can the US and the World afford anymore Trump "winning"?

As everyone knows, Trump has painted himself into a corner. If he retaliates against Iran, then Iran will close the strait and the price of oil (and gasoline and fertilizer) will increase (again). If that happens, MAGA will be decimated (even worse than already expected) in the midterm election (he promised to cut energy costs in half, remember?). If he doesn't retaliate, then the whole world knows that Iran just owns the guy and can control the strait any way they want. Incredibly, Trump check-mated himself with this war. The US attack on Iran is a case-study of incompetence and self-defeat.

The attack today on the tanker is by a world power which just won a war and now is inflicting its strength over its defeated enemy: America—making a fool of the obviously impotent Rubio during his mission of credibility with Trump’s Middle East business partners. Iran has shown Trump and America to the world to be paper tigers without power. Trump’s little adventure has turned the American military into a big disastrous harmless second degree power. Call Trump and Hegseth to thank them for this nation’s international humiliation. Trump can’t even keep his reflection pool clean to add to our nation’s humility he has made us all suffer due to his small minded ego.
