That’s delusional. What is a “military state of mind”? A white nationalist state of mind? Charismatic to who? Fox viewers? Previous Secretaries of Defense have had extensive experience and knowledge with senior command experience. And they were not drunks and rapists and adulterers and whatever else hasn’t surfaced yet.
