Ok great, thanks for the reply! I’ll definitely look into the Iberotel. Good to know about the Hapi Hotel in Aswan, I’ll avoid that one specifically but I’ll try to find another hotel in the same area.

I’ll be in Egypt later this year and I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations for hotels in Aswan and Luxor? The Old Cataract and Winter Palace seem to have the best reviews, although both are quite expensive (especially the Old Cataract in Aswan). I’m guessing it’s better to stay on the mainland (East side of the Nile) in both places?

Iguaçu is also an easy side trip. Probably not much sexual fun around there, but good sightseeing.

Floripa is another great place to visit during an extended time in Brazil. Doesn't seem like there's much of a sauna scene, but many hot surfer-type guys around the beaches.

There are definitely some cute twinks in Brazil! I’ve not yet been to Colombia so can’t speak for there, but Brazil is a great place.
