  1. I like Cathay Pacific. They use to do an all Asia pass for many cities that was a great deal. I have friends that did it and raved about seeing all of Asia at very reasonable rates.
  2. Scooby explained that here: http://www.gaythailand.com/forums/topic/8672-changes-on-gaythailandcom/ The unsubscribe worked perfectly for me. It is a reputable company and they would always honor unsubscribes.
  3. I do not think these cases will be a victory for gay rights. I think it will be a very narrow ruling that affects few people but will give a bit of a win to both sides. That is what I think will happen and now that I hope will happen. Interesting that I was sitting in Rio with a very prominent gay lawyer who has argued before them many times. He was adamant that they will vote in favor of gays getting equal protection. Then, he said, "hell, if you give Clarence Thomas 50m, he will vote any way you want." Have we been looking at this all wrong? Would some of them easily be bought?
  4. You are right Firecat. Many of the boys ask if I can speak Spanish to them. The languages are so similar that most of the boys understand what is being said. They can't speak it to you but if you speak to them in Spanish, they understand this. I once had a friend from Miami down there with me and he spoke Spanish to them and they all understood.
  5. Not sure if you have seen this or not but I thought adorable.
  6. Not sure if you have seen this or not but I thought adorable.
  7. FH, your stories and photos are simply incredible. They look like something taken right out of a picture book truly! You really have a fabulous eye!
  8. Yes, it is always good to let things go. History passes us by and we must all move on. I once had a good friend in Thailand that I adored and I spent many nights with him chatting and visiting bars and clubs. You could say he was my best friend for several years. Then, all of the sudden he changed and turned into a very nasty person. When this happened, I was saddened but I moved on. It was easy for me to move on as I knew it was the best thing for both of us. But, unfortunately, he did not move on and to this day still holds a grudge. It is sad when people can't move on. But, Willy I am sure you are nothing like my friend as you seem very level headed and you posses the ability to move on from this. I hope you do move on and not hold the past against me. We all make mistakes don't we? Isn't part of live being able to truly move on? I am so glad you have decided that you will move forward and not concentrate on history and old grudges or sadness. I think that is very wise of you and also a very healthy thing to do.
  9. A Single Man People are afraid to merge on the freeways of Los Angeles, Brett Easton Ellis famously wrote in his first novel about detachment, nihilism and the absence of hope. This sentiment is brought to life in vivid color in A Single Man, a film that could have been ghostwritten by Ellis after a night drinking Scotch with Eugene O'Neil and Patricia Highsmith. Here we have one of the very rare types of Hollywood films a movie about true nihilism with no hope of transcendence or a happy ending. It's amazingly engaging to watch, because the characters care so little about themselves, other people, and the outside world in general that anything can happen. That it was made by Tom Ford, the fashion designer, as his directorial debut is astounding. Glamorama indeed. The film opens with Colin Firth being contacted by his long time boyfriend's brother (played by John Hamm). It seems that his boyfriend had gone home to visit his family, his car skidded on ice and he died. When Firth asks about the funeral arrangements, Hamm tells him, It's family only. Ouch. The next scene takes place at some point in the indeterminate future. It could be a week later, it could be a month later, it could be two years later. The film doesn't tell us, because things as mundane as the passage of time don't matter to any of the people we will encounter. The entire film will, like Long Day's Journey Into Night, be dedicated to this one day and night. We don't need to see the day before or the day after. Those are trivial things. Firth narrates much of the film and tells us that he just hates waking up and hopes that eventually he'll just go to sleep and never wake up again. He doesn't like the world, or the people in it, or himself, or really anything at all. The only minor thing that gives him hope is that it's the middle of the Cuban Missile Crisis and he figures maybe nuclear weapons will make sure that he doesn't have to deal with living to see another day. He puts on a nice suit and then packs a gun into his suitcase. During the course of the day we'll go back and forth wondering if he plans to use it on himself, or on the people around him. At one point when he brings it into a bank, you wonder if he's going to try to rob the bank in hopes of getting shot dead while doing so. Which is, perhaps, kind of the point. Because while his character doesn't like living, he's also so passive that the idea of taking any kind of direct action (like shooting himself) to stop living is beyond him. That would be making a meaningful act, and he doesn't believe in the idea of meaning or action. So, he starts his day as a college professor. Being that he's Colin Firth, both men and women hit on him, and while he's tempted he never takes any action to do anything about it. Why would he? That would risk bringing joy to his life for a moment, and happiness is not something he believes in. When the school day is over he goes over to a woman's house. It turns out that decades before he and the woman (Julianne Moore) had sex a few times before he realized that sex with women didn't quite make him miserable enough. Since then she's been trying to get him back into bed. He goes there knowing that the two of them will drink copious amounts of booze, that she will try to fuck him, that this will bring him down, and that when he refuses to fuck her she'll become depressed as well. In fact, this scene, which could have been lifted straight out of Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, is fascinating because it becomes clear that the reason these two people spend time together is because they know they will make each other completely and utterly depressed. They'll egg each other on as close as they can get to the pure emptiness they want out of life. When the booze runs out he goes home and tries to drink enough to be able to shoot himself. He runs out of booze before he can, so he heads over to the nearest bar, where he encounters a young male student who has been stalking him. The student, who acts in ways that are remarkably similar to the way Highsmith describes Tom Ripley, manages to pick him up using perhaps the only pick-up line that could possibly work on this dude: I hate the past. I hate the present. The future is death. Sensing the student might be on the same Kafkaesque wavelength, Firth agrees to go swimming with him. What happens next is something I won't reveal. If you've read any Brett Easton Ellis or Patricia Highsmith or seen any of O'Neil's plays, you can probably guess. Deep down in our heart, we always go into these things knowing what will happen to these people. Does the film have a happy ending? That's hard to say, because what would be a happy ending for these people might not be what you would think of as a happy ending. This is serious filmmaking. And, it assumes the audience is fairly literate. In addition to the works I've already mentioned, it also references Alice In Wonderland, The Wizard Of Oz, and Brave New World. Is it pleasant filmmaking? Again that's hard to say. Think about the works cited. Do they entertain you or depress you? Your answer will tell you whether watching a day in the life of these people will move you or not. In Glamorama, Ellis at one point states, Life is sliding down the surface of things. These characters know exactly what he meant. cc boytoy.com 2013
  10. Don't worry dear. I am sure he knows that anyone that found him through you would be looking for economy.
  11. I have finished up my time in Brazil. I had a great time but thought I'd do a little (hopefully) summary of my time there. I am so glad I found the Holiday Inn Express in Sao Paulo. It was a great hotel and I loved the area. I always felt very safe and the area had tons of restaurants. For saunas, I had fun at both Fragata and Lagoa. Both had great guys and were busy on most nights. Some of you may remember me posting years ago about a place in the outskirts of Sao Paulo called Alterosas. It closed a few years back. However, one client in Lagoa told me it was supposed to reopen. I hope that happens. I didn't have a great deal to say about the discos and night clubs in Sao Paulo but some of my past posts have talked about these things. There is no place on earth better for discos and nightlife than Sao Paulo. I have never seen any other place that can compete. The boys in Sao Paulo work hard in the day and play even harder at night. There are also so many things to see and do around the city and IMHO, Sao Paulo has some of the most amazing restaurants on earth. It is just one fucking amazing city! In Fortaleza, I don't think I would stay at the Holiday Inn again. It was outdated and old and just not my cup of tea. However, there are some great saunas there and the boys on the beach are beautiful and approachable. My regret is not spending more time here. I wish I had stayed for a week as I think I would have really enjoyed the city and the boys. But, I was sick for the time in this city and I could not wait to get out of there at the end as I thought getting to another city might make me feel better. It didn't. LOL In Salvadore, I am very glad I stayed at the Mercure Rio on the beach. It was very inexpensive at about 240R per night or 120USD. The area was also full of great restaurants and I'll be staying at the same hotel in the future. However, I've decided I'll take up IHPGUY's suggestions to me to spend more time in Pria de Forte and that area. I really loved the area. It was full of middle class Brazilians who have holiday / weekend homes there. There were tons of hotels, etc in the area. When I was in Rio, I met the manager of the JW Marriott and she was telling me about the area as her husband is from there. She said that the area was once nothing there. The owner of the Mecure Hotels decided to build a hotel there and then everything else came around. She said that many say it has a very Asian feel to it as he is Asian and perhaps that is why I liked it so much. For my next trip to Salvador, I'll take a boy with me who loves the beaches and surfing and just chill with him for a week. In Rio, the JW Marriott in Copacabana was a great location. It was easy to get to all the saunas but it was in walking distance (long walk) of Point 202. I have said on my past 20 times to Rio that Club 117 was the best. Well, I hate to admit it but I think Meio Mundo is better. At least when it comes to the boys and the attitude of everyone. My only issue with Meio Mundo is that the rooms do not have showers inside them and they only have communal showers. Monday is the best for Meio Mundo and Tuesday is the best for Club 117. I was in Point 202 3 times and I honestly can't tell you which night is best there as it was pretty barren of clients and boys each time I went. That being said, tomcal picked up one guy from there that I have to say is one of the hottest guys I have seen. So, perhaps it is still best to just test them all. My favorite restaurant in Rio is still Porcao Ipanema. I love this place but the price is not cheap. But, if you are looking for true Brazilian meats, this place is amazing. I went there 3 times on this trip and loved it. I also eat several times at a place called Sierra Campos Grill. IHPGUY had suggested it one day when tom and I met him for lunch and I loved the place. Since it was only 4 minutes walk from my hotel, I went there for lunch several times and dinner one night. The cost depends on who much food you eat at it is a por kilo place where they weight your food. Just be sure not to loose your ticket as they will not let you out without paying. As I have said, I have been to Brazil about 20 times over the years and I love several cities for different reasons. For me, IMHO Rio is one of the most breathtaking cities on earth! You just can't be anything but amazed at how beautiful the landscape is with the mountains, rock formations and oceans all together. The beaches are world class and the city has so many architectural marvels that you can't see everything in a few days. I wish I had more time to spend with IHPGuy on this trip as he is a wealth of information on Rio and gives an amazing tour. He was very kind to show me around the city one day and I really enjoyed it. I have been to Brazil many times on my own but I love it best when I have friends with me. One my first trip to Brazil. my friend Hooboy met me. He showed me around Sao Paulo and got me to fall in love with the Intercontinental Hotel group. I was with my boyfriend from NYC at the time and Hooboy treated us both to a great time. I could not keep up with Hooboy but the BF did. They were perfect together as Hooboy loved late night discos and parties. I am more of a morning person so as my wind was dying out at night, Hooboy and the boyfriend were just getting ready to liven things up. It was also on this first trip that I met Alex. Alex was my first Brazilian love. He did one three way after another with me and the BF and he stayed with us every night. He then went with us to Rio and spent the entire trip with us. The sex was fantastic and he knew me really well. I am not a late night person like he and the BF was but I like to be included in things. So, they wanted to go out at night EVERY night and Alex would bring to my hotel a different surfer boy each night. One boy named Fabio I remember so well as Alex said, "if you smoke weed with him, he will fuck all night long." I laughed as Alex and the BF went out to the clubs and I was left in the room with a stranger surfer boy. Once he lit up, we were on the balcony of the Intercontinental Hotel, he started sucking me off. I felt a bit exposed as there was an apartment complex across the way that could see us but it was so hot, I just let it continue. He just kept sucking until I came and he swallowed very drop. It was fabulous. But, that was just the start of our night. The more he smoked, the hornier he got and I don't think I have fucked in so many positions in all my life. When Alex and the BF got back, we were still have sex and they joined in. I think my dick was raw from so much friction but it was one of the best nights I have ever had. LOL I did see Fabio about 10 times over the years but he was never as good as that night. I ended up taking the Brazilian Alex to Paris with me for 2 weeks and we did all of France. My favorite night with him was in the Moulin Rouge Theater. He loved it and we took a great photos that we gave to his family. Years later, I saw him in Barcelona. He never left the EU and just stayed there. Brazil brings us so many great memories of the boys I have met there. As most of them don't speak a word of English I was always at a loss so I had the concierge at my hotel interpret for me most of the time. I know it must have been weird for them to translate for a big American and a Brazilian hooker but they did it anyway. One year, I took 8 boys to Carnival parade and it really did make for one of the best nights of their lives and it did the same for me knowing they were so happy. Falling in love in Brazil is also easy. I ended up falling in love many times and considered moving there for a boy. But, in the end, my business sense got the better of me. LOL One fantastic trip was with Marc Anthony and Firecat. They both had boys from USA and Canada with them and we were in both Sao Paulo and Rio and we saw everything. There was some good memories. On this trip tomcal made me have a blast. I was an instant celebrity when I was with him. It reminded me of when I would go to Montreal with Marc Anthony many years ago. Tomcal knows ALL the boys and he also makes sure everyone is having a good time. He is not jealous of the boys going with someone else and I am not either so we were perfect in that regard. Both he and I want the boys to work at much as possible so when we had a new boy that we liked, we made sure the other one knew this and met him. It is hard to find good traveling companions as some guys get so fucking jealous and think that if they like a boy in a sauna, that none of their friends so go with him out of respect. The boys are there to work. If you are jealous of a boy in a sauna, take them from the sauna and pay for their life. If you are not doing this, they need to work and you should be happy they are making money. Tom was great with his and he made sure I knew anyone he was with it was OK for me to meet and go with. Well, with one exception. He had one guy that he did 2-3 times each night and the boy didn't get a free minute for me. But, that is OK as well because I was there a few days after him and got the chance to see him a few times on my own. Now, I know what he was taking him 2-3 times each night for. I had a great trip. Used points to upgrade on Delta for my ticket and I used points at 3 of my hotels. So, the entire month was very cheap for me. The biggest expense was the boys. Now, all of that said, I have to admit something to Firecat. I will only say this once and NEVER again. LOL He is right when he says that Thailand is so much cheaper than Brazil. There really is no comparison. The hotels, restaurants, taxis, etc are all more expensive for similar things in Thailand. The boys are about the same but everything else is more expensive. However, if you have a really good guy like IHPGUY who knows how to navigate the area, it can be very reasonable. I am just not a subway or bus guy. I like taxis and nice restaurants. So, if Firecat does not read this, good! I hate to tell him he is every right on something as he never lets me forget it. But, he is right when it comes to the rates between Thailand and Brazil. However, there is no comparison with the boys. The boys in Brazil are passionate, versatile sex machines who love 3 ways and fuck like there is no tomorrow. The Thai boys I know and love are great sex as well but are more passive and less aggressive than the boys in Brazil. I love things about both places and luckily I have built a life where I don't have to choose one or the other. I do think everyone that goes to Brazil should also go to Thailand to see the comparison. And, I think that everyone that goes to Thailand should also make a trip to Brazil. I can't tell you how much I truly love both places and how much I love the guys in both places. Lucky that I don't have to pick one over the other as I don't know which place I would choose. I am very happy I made this trip. I had a blast in every city (expect when I was sick with the flu). I got to meet some guy guys and I literally went to bed each night with a smile on my face. Brazil is paradise and I hope that this very long and boring thread I have done for my trip encourages a few of you to dip into the waters of Ipanema one day!

  13. From Gaybutton's board, the email says: Anyone interested in such an adventure can email Suphot directly at > Many months back, I did try to email him as I wanted a guide in Hua Hin. But, I never heard back. Is the above email correct?
  14. Gay Manaus Your Stop To The Amazon Rain Forrest Here at Boy Toy, we spend a fair amount of time talking about great places to go on your next gaycation. We like to be upbeat. Positive thoughts are good for everyone and we want everyone to have a good time. But, we also know that not every city in the world is great for the gays, and that sometimes these not-so-hot spots can't be avoided. Or, they may have other charms that make them fine to visit, even if it is hard to get your gay on. That, my burly boys, manly men, turgid tops and beautiful bottoms, brings us to today's topic, Manaus, Brazil. This is probably the least gay city you'll ever visit in Brazil, which is strange because it has a huge population and lots of tourists. But, for whatever reason, they have chosen not to cater to the gay traveler at all. On the other hand, it is a beautiful city and as long as you aren't looking for tons of gay clubs or rent boys, you can have a good time here. So, let's take a little voyage to breederland and talk about visiting Manaus! What Gay Scene There Is If you want to get your gay on, you should head over to Centro. There are no gay clubs but there are, depending on the season, one or two gay bars and one or two gay saunas. Check online before you go because the names of the bars and saunas seem to change fairly regularly. You can generally find a rent boy or two in the saunas. Sometimes you'll also be lucky in the gay bars, but don't count on it. You may actually have to use your charm rather then your cash to get ass here. Why Go To Manaus? With the dearth of gay-friendly activities or events, you may ask yourself: Why would I go to Manaus at all? Well, there are several reasons. One is that it is located in the heart of the Amazon Rain Forest. If you've ever wanted to explore the rain forest, this is where you want to go. You'll have the chance to choose from dozens of different types of beautiful jungle excursions tailored to your personal tastes. As a note, however, because the city is so well known for attracting rain forest tourists, many shady operators hang out at the airport, promising to sign you up for them. Nearly all of these guys are con artists, selling you tours that don't exist. Instead, book a tour either through your hotel or through a reliable online travel agency. If you for some reason can't go either route, book a tour through a company that actually has a brick and mortar office space. A second reason to go is that it is by far the most convenient way to get to Tabatinga, one of the best gay destinations in Brazil. While making your trip, you'll more likely than not get stuck staying in Manaus for a day in between flights, so you may end up here whether you are really looking to or not. The third reason is that this is the starting point for the best Amazon River tours. These tours will take you through majestic landscapes that are almost pretty enough to make you want to put your gay on hold for the day or two that you'll be dealing with Manaus. Killing Time In Manaus There are beautiful things to see in Manaus. It was founded by rubber barons who were fascinated by all things European, and had the money from the rubber trade to buy and build whatever they wanted to. This means that there is an exact replica of the Grand Opera de Paris, and another exact replica of the Les Halles shopping district in Paris. Meanwhile, the Rio Negro Palace was designed to be an even more stunning version of Portugal's Royal Palace. The National Park of Jau is enormous, and offers some of the most stunning flora and fauna you'll find anywhere. Health nuts will love the fact that the acai berry grows wild here it is one of the most vitamin-filled fruits found anywhere in the world. Meanwhile, the Paricatuba waterfall is a stunning natural wonder though you have to hire a boat and a local guide to get there. Manaus Where You Don't Come To Cum Let's face it, you don't need a rent boy or easy ass on every day of your gaycation. Sometimes seeing the jungle or heading up the Amazon River is nearly as much fun. So, while you won't have much chance of sexy times in Manaus, you will have a chance to see beautiful buildings and some of the most stunning natural sites in the world. And, you only have to be here a day or two before you head on to bigger and gayer things.
  15. Thanks so much guys!
  16. This is the exact same wording that has been used for all the years the site has been in operation. I know as I wrote it. It has always been the same and never changed. Private messages are private and not readable by mods or admins. However, if a subpoena came to the site for access to an account, I can't imagine how that would be denied. That said, it has never happened. The only thing I think would ever cause this is the posting of underage porn on the site which is not allowed. When that happens, the FBI often gets involved and asks for IP information from the offender. Also, this has never happened on this site.
  17. Dear European Union, You want Amanda Knox? Give us Roman Polanski. Love, America
  18. Fantastic photos and report. Thanks so much. You are a true adventurer!
  19. I have a very fun few days. My friend tomcal left yesterday and before he left, I met him in Ipsnema for lunch and then we headed to Point 202 for his last night. Point is nowhere near as busy as it was a few years back. IMHO, management really let things slide. The facilities and the location is fantastic but the boys are no longer there and neither are the customers. Tom likes it from time to time but on this trip, I found nothing I liked about it. It is also notorious for padding the bill. It is so very common that I have refused to even step food in the place in years gone by. I had my regular over for an overnighter and it was fun. On Sunday afternoon, the hotel Internet hotel went out completely. It was just dead. I was livid and I made my feelings known. On Monday, the first thing I did was go to Sugar Loaf Mountain. I have been many times in the past but I love the view. The entire week has been horrible for photos. There has been no sun and it has been very grey and rainy. Today was no exception. I was going to take the helicopter ride with 2 other guys I met on the way up but they told us that the Christo was not visible in the clouds. The ride was going to cost us 1200 each and I didn't want to pay that and not have some good photos of the Christ the Redeemer Statue. I wanted to see a few boys from Meio Mundo and I went there today. I got there early and I went to see them. I had the one guy tomcal took nightly 2-3 times for groups and had a great time with him. I then had the massage guy I had a few days back. I thought I was done for the night but I saw this young dark hair twink that I thought was adorable and chatted with him. He had a few piercings that I like and I asked 2 of the other guys I have been with a few times if they wanted a 4 way and they all jumped at the chance. It was a fun 4 way but the one boy (left in photo) was a bit Sadomasochistic. The other guys were a bit taken aback by this. I think they would have been OK with it had the boy not been so unbelievably new to it and not really great at reading signs. LOL That said, I still had fun with them. As the 4 way made the 6th guy in the sauna and my money was drawing to a close, I headed to the hotel early. I had a friend waiting for me at 9PM that will stay all night and celebrate my midnight birthday with me. I just love a good midnight sexcapade.

  21. I post on 2 message boards. I own one of them. I once owned this one and it is a topic which I love and I continue to post. When I am in Thailand, I post much more often as I think others like to know what is going on there. When I am not in LOS, I love to read posts about others experiences there. For example, my friend firecat is posting his adventures for the month. I check in each day to see if he has added something. I also love reading commentary from members on this board as there are some really intelligent members who have a different way of looking at issues. I have never been the smartest guy around but I do love many of the discussions on this board. For example, the ones about the emperor of Japan recently. I learn a great deal from members on this board. I once posted on all the gay Thailand boards but I have given that up as I was blocked on 2 of them after not logging in for long time and I don't have time to keep up with all of them. So, I chose this one and love reading the threads here. Addictive? No, it doesn't take time away from things I need to be doing. That said, I did not have Internet the last 20 hours and I hated I could not check in with things.
  22. I concur with Khun Firecat. K Bank is the best IMHO and I have one with it, Bangkok Bank and one other bank.
  23. I don't think that is fair as the majority of porn that is made is NOT gay porn and it is mostly all bareback.
  24. I was chatting with my friend tomcal the a few days back about Prague and Barcelona. I love the areas and want to go back and visit this year. I had a bit of free time last night so I thought I'd share some of my thoughts about EU with you guys. The Official Boy Toy Guide To Vising Europe One of the great things about being gay is that we have a lot more disposable income than our breeder buddies. After all, we don't have to worry about buying diapers for years every time a condom breaks! And, we don't have wives who insist on spending money on curtains instead of cock rings. Which means that we get to travel much more often than they do. And we get to travel on our own, which means we get to have great sexcations. Now, there are tons of guides out there for guys who are traveling to Asia about how to deal with their customs so you don't come off as a Western imperialist dog. But, there aren't that many guides about how to fit into European culture. Many people think that because most Americans are descended from Europeans, they have similar customs to ours and we can just do what we normally do. But, that's simply not the case. There is more than just a language difference between Americans and Europeans. There are also cultural differences and getting to understand them will help you fit in and make sure you are not perceived as an ugly American. With that in mind, get ready for the Boy Toy Guide To Visiting Europe! The first thing you need to do is lower your voice. Americans speak much, much more loudly than European people do, and speaking in your normal voice will both single you out as an American and make you seem very rude. So, keep your voice down. The second thing to be aware of is that there are topics of conversation that are fully acceptable in America, but not at all acceptable in Europe, the first being that people don't like to talk about their jobs or how much money they make. Asking someone what they do for a living is incredibly rude. Asking them if it pays well is even ruder. Politics and religion are also things to be avoided. Most people in Europe are secular. They already think America is Jesusland, so don't give them any more ammunition. And, most of them are anti-capitalism and anti-imperialism for them, even Obama is far more right wing than any serious political figure in their countries - so anything you say about politics is going to come out as offensively right-wing. Personal body space is also very different in Europe than in America. We Americans tend to assume that we should put several inches of space between us and the people around us. In Europe, they don't have those problems. So, if someone is sitting very close to you in a bar or walking very close to you on the street, they are not being rude; they simply don't have the body distance issues that we have. Everything also moves more slowly in Europe. If you are at a cafe or a restaurant and it seems like it is taking forever for you to be served, that's not laziness or bad service. It's just that nobody is in a rush. Just relax and remember that you are on vacation. The good side of this is that unlike in America, they will not be trying to rush you out the door. If you order a coffee in a cafe, you can stay at your table for two hours reading a book if you'd like you won't be pressured to either order something else or leave. One conversation that you can have safely and that will get cute guys talking to you is football. Not the NFL, but real football, otherwise known as soccer. There are three teams that nearly every male in Europe is willing to talk about Manchester United, Arsenal, and Real Madrid. Just go to the Wikipedia entry for any of those teams, memorize a few details, and you can get any dude in Europe to talk to you. There is a myth that you don't tip in Europe. This is simply not true. You don't tip as much as you would in the United States, but you still should leave something after you get a drink or a meal. Leaving five euros after dinner is fine. Leaving 50 cents after you get a drink is also fine. Neither will break the bank and both will make you look like a good dude. People tend to be much more open about sex and sexuality in Europe than in America. In several countries, infidelity is not only accepted but somewhat expected, as long as everyone is discreet. This means that just because a dude is wearing a wedding ring doesn't mean he won't be up for a little bump and grind if you charm him the right way. And, a dude who just got finished telling you he has a boyfriend may still be very interested in you. You'll find that people tend to eat much later in Europe than in America. In France most restaurants don't open until 8 p.m., and rarely have anyone in them until 9. In Spain people don't really eat dinner until 10 p.m. or later. So, if you are used to eating around 6 or 7, try snacking during the day instead. People in Europe are also much less judgmental about drinking and smoking than we are in America. Making comments about how you hate smoking will get you singled out as a puritan. And, don't be surprised if the people you hang out with drink more than you are used to. Speaking of drinking, if you end up hanging out with anyone from Ireland, Wales or England, there is a round buying system. Generally, if more than two people are hanging out in a bar, one of them will buy a round of drinks. Then, it is expected that at some point in the evening you will buy a round of drinks as well if you don't, you will be considered an asshole. This is true even if there are eight or nine people at the table buy one round for everyone. It will balance out because you'll have eight or nine people buying drinks for you as well. These are just a few tips, but keeping them in mind will help you avoid making the most common cultural blunders, which will make you look good, and, more importantly, more attractive to the boy toy of your choice. So, remember them the next time you visit the old country!
  25. You know my dear, I let you out of my sight for one minute and all the boys that I haven't met come out of the woodwork. LOL I Love Washington. Very sexy! Can't wait to hear about the rest of your night. You already did more by 6PM than most of us do in a month.
