I have always had BF's in LOS that wear boxers. Very few, if any, ever wore briefs or jock straps, etc. Is this a cultural thing or pretty basic for all? Me, I prefer the Calvin Klein wicking fabric for the LOS as it keeps me dry. I'm sure I'll get promoted to the depends before too long but for now, I like my briefs. What does your boyfriend wear?

Other than KY which I hate, anyone find a place in LOS that sells Eros or Wet Lube? I have always brought some over but on this occasion, I was meant to stay two weeks and extended a bit so I did not.

I have not been able to find this in Thailand. I am gay. I love to cook. I need this to remain happy and gay in Thailand. Anyone ever seen one of these? I really really want one bad!

I have a guy I know who wants to visit me from Laos. I have known him many years and really like BUT, he was really into yaba and I hate the stuff. I don't want anyone that does it around me or the BF. I told him he could spend a week with me if I got him tested and he had no yaba in his system. Can you guy these tests at the local pharmacies? Do you have to go to a hospital?

I am working on a long list of gay massage places in Bangkok to fill my days with work. Please add to this list of places I need to visit for a happy ending. The first review in this series is today. Hero 65 Sukhumvit Soi 11 Phone: (02) 251 – 1033 Adonis Massage 44/11 Convent Rd Phone: (0) 2236 7789 B & N 4th Fl, Sukhumvit Plaza, 212/23 Sukhumvit Soi 12 Phone: (0) 2251 – 9714 Banana Men's Fitness Club 41/9 Sukhumvit Soi 11 Phone: (0) 2651 – 0002 Body Club 4/24-25 Sukhumvit Soi 8 Phone: (0) 89171 - 9009 Website: http://www.bodyclubbangkok.com Email: bodyclub_bkk@hotmail.com Bonny Massage Duangthawee Plaza, 894/7-8 Soi Pratoochai, Suriwong Rd Phone: (0) 2637 - 0704 Email: bonny_mass@hotmail.com Today I went to Hero Massage. Hero massage is one of the best gay Bangkok massage parlors. Here is in my opinion of Hero; the monster of Bangkok massage parlors. Or, at least for the ones I have visited. Hero consistently has a slew of sexy guys working. The guys have great bodies and have nice toned six packs. Also have several hot body builder types. They have everything from younger guys (all over 18) to older guys in mid 30’s or so. Their mamasan’s are knowledgeable and able to tell you what the guys are able to do and not able to do. In my many visits there, they have never been wrong. The rate for the massage is 600 baht paid to the house. The minimum tip is 1,000 baht so this may keep away many but I have always seen people coming and going from the place so it seems to keep an active clientele. The rooms are clean and they range from very small to VIP. The small rooms are very small and just enough room for the table and the shower. I have yet to try the VIP room as it is 1500 for 2 hours and the minimum tip to the boys is 1500. I don’t really mind the price if I knew I had the perfect few boys for a nice time and will try it one day. They have a restaurant that you can eat and drink and watch the guys through a glass wall. The guys are behind this glass and therefore will not bother you or try to pester you for work. It is laid back and you can sit and watch as long as you want. Yesterday, I went to Hero looking for a bottom and I was not disappointed. I had 2 hot muscle guys that attracted me. Each were in their mid 20’s and I wanted 2 guys for a threesome and wanted both to be able to do everything with me. I asked the mamasan and she said that they were both versatile but not sure if they would be in a three-way situation and would need to ask them. She left and then returned and said no problem. I took both boys with me. I had a crème massage and it was 600 baht for the first guy and 150 for the second guy. The minimum tip for each would be 1k baht. The room was SMALL but private and clean. The shower was large enough for all 3 of us. The water was cold and no hot water. This was my first experience with this problem there and not sure if it was just a one-time thing but the boys seemed as surprised as I was. Perhaps they had an issue for that day or just for that room. The water was not freezing but room temp and slightly uncomfortable. Once we were all showered, (they showered me and then showered themselves) I laid on the table. One guy was a little too ready to get to the happy ending and not the massage but I told them I needed a good strong massage. They delivered it to me. When it came time to the “happy ending” they were both able and willing to do everything I was told they would. They did not work on each other at all but both did a great job of doing everything I requested. The sex was great and passionate and fun. All 3 of us exploded at the end and I left a very happy man. Hero is a great place and has high quality guys. I have only been on weekends lately and not sure about through the week. A few years back, I had one boy there I liked who was in medical school and the manager would send him to my hotel daily. I think they will arrange this if needed but did not ask yesterday. This place consistently has a large group of very sexy guys! More reviews to be added soon. Comments, suggestions, your experiences much appreciated!

After my day at Hero yesterday, I needed to eat and took a taxi to to a Mexican restaurant. The taxi driver was divine. He was 20 years old and very sexy. He does have a lady. His English is excellent and his face sexy but a bit hard core. You know the bad boy type. He has long hair and a very long thin frame. It was obvious he also had a nice dick as I could easily see the bulge in his pants. He said he had been driving for years. He drove fast and furious. Perhaps so fast to get me out of his car. I complimented him on how handsome he was. He blushed. I kept talking and chatting with him and he reciprocated. I asked him about taking me to Pattaya and he said he would love to. I asked him about coming to my room and he said he never did that before. That response is the one that intrigued me. He didn't say no. He just said he had never done it. We exchanged numbers and I tipped him nicely. I hope to see him again and see if a day in Pattaya would tell him how nice I am. The day before, I had a taxi take me to Soi Twilight. As usual here in Bangkok, the driver took a long way around and said it was because the security at my apartment told him the wrong place. BS. Anyway, I told him gay bar and he started naming them all and with the managers and owners names. He had worked at Dream Boy before and had been to Pattaya and worked at BoyzBoyzBoyz. He knew the owners of all the bars and many of the managers in Sunee and Pattaya. He said he was 28 now and too old work to work and get lots of money but thought about going back to be a mamasan. His English was amazing and I loved my chat with him. I did take his number too in case I need a driver one day. I get some many numbers I can't often keep them on track. Taxi drivers in Bangkok are usually a total pain in the ass, but the last 2 I have gotten have been fun to chat with and play with.

First, I want to thank Astrrro for the information provided to me in another thread about the bars. Without his knowledge, I would not have known where to go or what to do. The bars are all there but finding the would have been hard without his great detail. Thank you! He said: Obssesions (NEP ground floor) Perhaps the most beautiful, passable, youngish, ladyboys on the planet. Cascade (NEP top floor) Similar girls to Obsessions but a different physical layout with a Flintstones motif. Janet, the kickboxer may be working there these days, not sure. Casanova (NEP middle floor) Amazonian types who like to to top. Temptations (NEP middle floor) Talent probably not on a par with Obs or Cascade but all seating is very close to the stage if you like that sort of thing." Again Thanks Astrrro for the information. Now my opinion and that of the boyfriend. Nana Plaza isn't for everyone. If you want a totally gay area, this is NOT it. The majority of bars are for ladies. The Ladyboy bars are mixed in with these. Nana Plaza is right next to the JW Marriott. I have stayed there so many times and never spent much time in the Plaza and I am glad I did tonight as we both had a great time and the boyfriend thanked me over and over again. I agree with Astrrro that Obsessions had the most beautiful ladyboys. Cascade was also in the same league. Both bars had some of the most beautiful ladyboys around. The ones from Obsessions were a bit more laid back than Cascade. The ones in Cascade were aggressive and one ran over to me first things and kissed me, hugged me and put my hands on her fake boobies and said she was happy to see me AGAIN. LOL Well, it was a nice trick as I did laugh. But, having never met her, I was not going to tip her just for the good come on line. Cascade was like a cave with rocks and a large revolving stage. I don't know how many girls were there but there must have been 60 or more at least. They were flooding the isles. They also had a good amount of customers. Obsessions also had a fair amount of girls and customers. Both bars were fairly cheap and I think drinks were around 120 baht. We went to a few girl bars as well and they were more expensive than the ladyboy bars but only slightly. All were still SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than Soi Twilight. Casanova was interesting as we sat down and a ladyboy gave me her phone and had me watch a video of her fucking a falang. He had a gift. Her cock was so obvious and she said she would fuck me and the boyfriend could fuck her. Not sure why she suggested those roles but we passed on it. I did enjoy her gyrating on the stage so much I gave her a nice tip when I left. My least favorite bar was Temptations with all the seats sitting around lounging. I didn't enjoy it. The experience tonight was great. We had a few ladyboys over for drinks and made plans later for one of them. The boyfriend is into Ladyboys and I enjoy them from time to time as well as long as they LOOK like a lady and not like a boy. His tastes seem to go for the Japanese looking girls and mine are for the more exotic look and therefore it is hard for us to find a good match for both of us. There a McDonalds right at the corner and easy to find food all over. For those of you that like Ladyboys, give Nana Plaza a try. For those of you that don't but enjoy a good time anyway, it is fun and a great place to spend an evening doing something you would not normally do. I will say I saw more customers tonight in these bars than I have in months in the other bars on Soi Twilight. Plus, many of the customers were quite cute as well. A few very young college age boys from the states were there and offed a few girls. Lucky them.

I bought an Amazon Kindle before I left the USA and downloaded all the John Burdett books on it they had to offer. First, I am enjoying the Kindle a great deal. It is perfect for taking to the pool for reading while drying off or to the beach. It is great for a bus trip or a taxi ride as it is so small and easy to fit into anything. It has a great deal of gay books to offer for download and I have downloaded about 100 books that have been on my to do list. The only real problem with it is I have not found a way to download books in Thailand yet as it is not a wifi but it works over ATT's Whisper network. It will not download anything new in Thailand. That means that I had to have it all downloaded before I came here. Luckily I did but there are other books I want and have not found a way to download them. Anyone else found a workaround for this? The Bangkok 8 books are great fun. It delves into the underworld of Bangkok and branches out to Pattaya and beyond. It is an interesting read if you have never read any of his books. I would recommend them to you. I don't want to give anything away for his books but suffice to say, there is a bit of gay life involved in the books as well. Not a lot, but some.

A letter from the director: Two days ago, with the stroke of a pen and callous disregard for the safety and well-being of the most vulnerable in our community, Governor Schwarzenegger unilaterally made huge, additional cuts in the state budget, eliminating funding for critical health and human services, including HIV/AIDS education and prevention, medical services, counseling and testing, and much more. In total, the governor used his line-item veto power to slash $52 million just from the state Office of AIDS

I was at Siam Paragon a few weeks back and met a guy while standing in line for a taxi. He was without a doubt one of the most stunning guys I've ever met. Surprisingly he spoke great English. He face was that of an angel. Pure PERFECTION. We chatted and I offered him my phone number. He took it. I think just being polite as he was with friends who also all spoke English. He was obviously very upper middle class and had studied in USA for a year abroad in high school. He called me. He wanted to meet at Siam and Starbucks. We did. He was charming. A bit shy and not really talking about sex but more about life and politics and America. We had a great time and I asked him if he wanted to see a movie. He said sure and we went to the theater there. The movie was Thai which was OK for me as I just wanted to sit by him. I brushed my arm against his several times and finally he just took my hand in his. It was so sweet. He gave me a nice kiss toward the end of the movie with a very wonderful tounge stuck down my throat. I asked if he wanted to do dinner and he said yes. That date has yet to happen. I am not stupid. I am old and he is young. I am large and he is thin. There has to be some reason he chose a date with me and I am hoping it is money. I am not sure how he will respond when he finds out I have a BF and am a slut. He seems to pure and perfect. I don't want to hurt him and am thinking of just calling the whole thing off. I want him really bad but at the same time I don't want to hurt him as I know I will never leave the BF for him. As I don't normally meet this kind of upper middle class guy, I am not sure how to broach the subject with him. Part for selfish reasons. But, I have not lied to him. I asked him if he had a BF and he said no. He never asked me. I would not have lied if he asked. I guess that omission is almost the same as lying. Do I fess up immediately or keep the courtship going? The kiss was amazing and I can tell he is full of passion waiting to explode.

I enjoy living in a hotel like environment but with the economy going on a downturn, I needed to find a place that was better on my wallet and much cheaper than a hotel. I looked at many places but finally narrowed it down to 5. All of them were great properties and I enjoyed my visit to each. Without a doubt, the best gym was at the Ascott. It was fantastic and very impressive. The Marriott had the best staff of any of the ones I looked at. Fraser Suites was my favorite building structure and loved the lobby. My descriptions were taken from their websites, so they are publicity for the hotel and not my personal evaluation. If you were looking for a place in Bangkok that is nowhere near the price of a five-star hotel but the same quality of living, any of these places would be fantastic. If others know more to share, please list them as well. Dr. Seuss's book Horton Hears a Who has a moral which reminds me a great deal of Thai Buddhism. It is: A person is a person no matter how small. I have seen this illustrated by my many Thai friends over the years. I have not had a great deal of contact with the upper middle class until the last 2 years but I have spent time with them and my BF together and they are always as kind to him as they are to me and the class or poor family he was born does not seem to matter to them. I have always heard the opposite but I have not seen this. I was walking up a sidewalk yesterday when a man with his legs cut off was in front of me. A small Thai boy (around 5 or 6) stopped and asked his mother for money. She gave to him and he gently reached down and gave to the man. I guess I am so hardened by experiences that I often just pass right by and give no thought to it. I have noticed that the BF will often stops when he thinks the person is in need and not just scamming money. Me, I often assume they are all scammers. I guess the Christian philosophy is also similar is that the Bible teaches that Christ was always spending his time with even the lowest of low. Maybe that is why I like Pattaya so much? jk I do like to see others take the Seuss philosophy and apply it to their life. Watching this young boy yesterday really brought this home for me.
-
I have had a lot of work to do recently and not been able to get out of the hotel too much. So, I give the BF an option to go to a video store or go see friends, etc. He says no, as he has his computer and is playing games online (luckily we have good high speed). I think yesterday he played the same game for about 20 hours without stopping. Finally, I told him to come to bed. He did. When I woke up, guess where he was?

I have many great memories from Thailand. Stepping off the plane to be greeted by the HOT temperature is always a wonderful blessing after a New York winter. Seeing a beautiful Wat for the first time still gets me excited. Kissing the BF after a prolonged absence still takes my breath away. Perhaps my favorite memory in the LOS was my first trip to Phuket and the BF and I went on one of those boats and fed the fish with the bread from our hands. I loved it then and have been back many times since. What is your favorite memory from Thailand?

I had dinner tonight at Beccofino. It is right next door to Adonis Massage and right across from Bangkok Nursing Hospital. The place is 2 shop houses and the interior decoration was nice. The bread was excellent and the service fast and efficient. I had the spaghetti and it was good except it had a little bit too much Thai spice in it for me and I'll ask next time to be sure they don't put the spices in it. The dish was about 250 baht. They will deliver if requested. I was the only customer when I was in the place. I am not sure if it is new or not. The waitress I had said she had only been there a week.
