I went to Krazy Dragon the other night for a while. They had many dancers on the tables that were moving around. Since there were few customers when I was there, I had the attention of quite a few boys. I found one boy in the place I thought was really cute and bought him a drink. 99 baht for a drink is a very reasonable price. I didn't see a charge higher than that for his drink as compared to mine. Krazy has a very laid back atmosphere. The music was no so loud and I was able to have a conversation with the guy I was talking to. The mixture of boys was everything from older guys to a few twinks. All seemed to be over 18. Most were showing off their goods beneath the shorts. Some were very impressive. I always get asked more from the boys in this bar to buy then a drink than in any other bar. I wonder why this is and my thought is that they are so close to the customers and able to bend over and chat with them. Or, do they get a percentage of the drinks? I always bring in 20 baht bills to tip the boys here and do that until I have no 20's left. I already had a "date" for later in the night so I didn't off a guy from here. I did enjoy my time at the bar and wish the continued success in Sunee as they seem to be one of the consistent strongholds in the area.

I had heard many complain on this trip about new immigration polices and the new laws related to home ownership and the way the Thai government changes it laws and does not grandfather in those that were abiding by the laws when they bought but now are in a state of limbo. I have also heard about those that are actively looking at Cambodia and Laos for their new place to travel and live. Are the laws in these places as stable (even though I don't think Thailand is all that stable). Are home ownership rules different? Is the gay scene there as open? Are people really considering a move to one of these places or is it just frustration? For me, the new 150 baht per ATM transaction is the one thing that really bothers me. It is a little thing but I give all my BF's an ATM when I leave that is US based and for them to take small amounts out is now not possible. The fee here is higher than anywhere I travel. The ability to buy a place here is harder than anywhere I know. It seems that the government keeps making things harder and not easier and I just don't get it.

A friend from Canada asked me to look at this place today for him. I did that and I thought it was nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. If you are staying for a short stay, they clean the rooms daily. The pool seems a bit small but it was nice. Apparently, some of the rooms are condo and owned by others and some are rented. All in all I thought the place was the nicest Serviced Apartments I have seen in Pattaya. They are much larger than the Mosaik. They are also more expensive. Has anyone had any experience in bringing back boys to this place? Any issues? What about management? Easy to deal with? Professional?

I have seen more of these on this trip than before. The girls are especially noticeable. I sat with a few the other day and chatted with them. They were nice girls but obviously here for work and they said mostly Middle Eastern Men. I also met one guy who was about 24 from the same area who is here to work. Having seen the Russian girls for years, I guess I should not be surprised that others are coming to Pattaya. I just wonder what kind of a market there is here for this? They don't seem to work in the bars. Do where do they get their clients? Baht busses? Streets? I know the Russian girls charge more here. I wonder if same is true for others who come here?

I had the chance to check out this new bar in Sunee Plaza tonight. I was very impressed in many ways. First the staff was friendly and accommodating. The drinks were average price for the area. The decorations were upbeat and classy. There was plenty of light to see the boys. The boys were a nice mix of gay boys, ladyboys and manly boys. I didn't see anyone obviously underage in the place. Of all the bars I have been in Sunee this trip, this place had the most boys on stage. I counted over 25 at one point. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. There was no cigarette smoking when I was there. I didn't ask about the off fee but I will go back to the bar. Fir my first visit, I was impressed by the entire place. If you get to the area, stop by and support this new venue!

I will be curious to see the specifics of this. Naturally, I love the Clinton plan but that was shot down and caused turmoil. How will Obama change this debate? How will he insure the success of the plan we know he wants without sacrificing himself?

I saw several new projects that I had not seen before that were built and now ready for occupancy in Pattaya. I am curious as to what the market is like in Pattaya. It seems like a bad market to buy anything in most places in the world. Is the same not true for Pattaya? I went to the Avenue for bowling and saw the place directly behind the Avenue that had a sign saying starting at 2 million baht. That is for a small studio. That seems high even for Pattaya. What is going rate for meter here? Are things on the market for long periods? Has construction continued on the major projects or are things slowing down?

I made my way into Sunee Plaza last night for a bit before I went to some clubs and discos. The streets were not as packed as I thought they would be. The stages were more bare than I expected. I did not get time to go into all the bars but I did get into 3. All 3 were fairly quite and even though they had boys on stage, there were not as many as I have seen. Most of the boys said that times were hard and few customers. The farangs I spoke to said that the boys seemed to be hurting with the economy. Several boys I have been friends with for a while were not around and I was told they went home to their family. It seems that when times are hard, the family is always there to help. That is the case for some but not all. Villa Rouge had more guys that the other 2 bars I went to. They have a nice staff and tons of waiters and servers. I guess I'll see over the coming weeks how things change and I hope for the better for all the bars and I hope more customers come into the area. I'll try to get to Boyztown in the next few days so I have a point of comparison. Any bars or clubs that anyone wants a report on? I'm here for a bit and am happy to check them out.

The BF had a birthday today and I flew in to see him. He is so adorable on this birthday and since it is a once a year treat to see him on his best behavior, I had to spend some time with him. He picked a few friends and they all went bowling. I am still tired from the over Atlantic trip so I skipped the bowling. The BF wanted to go to Hollywood. Great place and great music. The show was live and excellent. It is mostly straight and not the nice gay mix it was at the old location. We then wanted to try Nab disco as it is fairly new and it was White Party night. Our group went and the place was packed. They had reserved us a table up front and I was one of the very few farangs in the place. Their is a beautiful chandelier in the middle of the place and lots of mirrors and the walls are a beautiful red velvet. The place was filled with eye candy galore. Gay boys abound here and it is mostly a Thai place. The crowd was friendly. Nab has a second floor with nice private rooms, a balcony and a short bar area. The private rooms were great and I got to make out a little with a boy I met there as their are tons of nooks and crannies in Nab. The music was great and the show was the best cabaret show I have seen in a long time. The outfits and costumes were fantastic. The dancers were hot and the music was a great beat with a lot of dancing going on all around me. The toilets were clean. It was not filled with smoke. The prices were reasonable. The owners spent a nice sum of money to keep this place alive. I wish them well and hope that they are able to draw in crowds nightly as I will be back for more in the future! I can't quite explain the location as the BF took me by motorcycle. It is close to Hollywood and near second road and a McDonald's. If someone has an exact location, please post it. For those of you that like dance clubs, give this place a try!

I had taken this trip the last time I was flying and the plane was horrible. The seats were not International business class seats but regular USA business class seats. That is not what most pay for and no one was happy about it. It looks like NWA/Delta went back to the older configuration on this route. It is now an A330-200 aircraft with the same telescoping seats as the larger 747. Looks like NWA got the picture. Perhaps they swap in and out between the 2? But, I have been told by 3 who used this route that the larger seats format are back.

The 2009 ride is over and I will say that I had a great time. The ride into LA was awesome. It is great to turn around over Malibu and see the LA skyline. Barr was at lunch each day serving a smile and a friendly welcome. I got to meet DavidSF for the first time and he seemed like a sweetheart. On the first day I met Steven Draker and we ran into each other several times and I had several conversations with him. I can see why so many are enamored with this sexy guy. What a wonderful man. He was alway smiling and upbeat and full of life. Even after sitting on a bike for many hours his smile was shared with everyone. People that do these rides do so for the community. In Thailand, the boys would say that they "have a good heart." This ride is always filled with some of the most amazing people. While my body is a bit beaten and my muscles are a bit sore, I'm sure I'll be doing the ride again in the future. Thanks for Barr, David and Steven for the friendly smiles and nice chats.

LOL. Well, it is better than you think it is and for someone like me who is a movie buff, I was thrilled to see the movie. But, I was a fan when I was much younger and was able to get his autograph which I still treasure. Even that aside, the movie was really excellent. If you wake up one morning and want to do something other than smell the roses and look beautiful, just rent the movie and watch it. If for no other reason than to say, "Oz, you are a fucking nut. The movie sucked."

What a true shame that the court allowed this to stand. I think we all knew it would be the final decision given they had requested security and protection once the verdict was reached. Not the Lesbian I had hoped for but it is a woman and hispanic. She would bring a great deal of diversity to the court. Do you think your confirmation is going to be contentious? Do you think he picked a hispanic lady to quell the opposition before they even begun? Lets face it, the hispanic vote is a large part of his success and they are getting more powerful. To have the Republican's attack her may blow up in their face.

Met a boy at my hotel tonight who is doing an Internship with the hotel I stay at. He wants to transfer to the Intercontinental Hotel in Paris. He is from there but Japanese decent. He is so yummy! He said he had a girl to go back to in Paris when he is done in USA. That said, he gave me his number and his e-mail and we are conversing. He invited me to stay with him when I go back to Paris. If I could only get him to give up the girl, oh he places we'd go.

Had a bit of a foot issue and was not able to run the LA Marathon after months of training. Plus, a big bear doesn't really fit in well with all those 2 hour marathon guys and I was planning on running with them today. But, instead, I pulled out my bike and biked the 26 miles with 20,000 other bikers. There were bikes of all colors, shapes and sizes. From tandems to trick bikes to bikes with dogs in them to young kid riding with families. My favorite bike was this lady with her 2 parrots on her handlebar. She was a bit unique, but I am sure she looked at me and said, "damm, I didn't know they let grizzly bears on bikes. How cool!" and then went back to conversing with her two children on the handlebars.

I have been wanting to see this as it got some mixed reviews but it intrigued me. I will say I was shocked at how well the movie captivated my attention from beginning to end. It was a great movie and very enjoyable and informative. I would recommend this to anyone.

Well, I thought that everyone was just agreeing with Lucky's first post here that said he should get a weekend with Andre. I have enjoyed the conversation here and EVERYONE is welcome to post or to just read here. I wish all 17k posted but that just doesn't happen. However, the rebuild of this site is looking great and I am excited about it. Steven, the more tongue the better. I also like things a bit cheeky!
