A pity, I was looking forward to another option, as there are not too many bars anymore. I guess that this is the changing market, from falangs to Chinese.

In answer to the question by the OP: Yes. I have had three(?) visits to Scandic. The 1500 B up front is supposed to cover everything, as I understood it. But in the room, more is always asked for. A few hundred should do it. I haven't been there for a long time. Poor facilities, and boys much more interested in the money than the service is my assessment of the place.

Narcissus is definitely closed. Blue House is open. A remodelling has resulted in a closed door giving no view of what is inside. There is never anyone outside. What boys/how many are inside is unknown. A recent visitor could help here by reporting.

I agree that Royal House is probably the best option for Pattaya massage. As a generalisation, massage places in Pattaya are rather poorly run by comparison to professional Bangkok outfits such as Prince and Arena. And the staff tend to be less hunky.

Yes, just go and enjoy yourself. From my limited observations, massage places such as the Prince and the old hero have a lot more Asian customers than Westerners. And these Asian customers can be younger than others.

Both nahm-wow and nahm-rak are commonly used expressions. Interchangeable and understood. They are acceptable in the circles where we would use them, though officially they are considered vulgar.
