Must be my weird sense of humour then! You're right in the fact that this poor lady nearly lost her life. I was looking at the angle of the police taking a Camry catalogue with them for her to choose a new car! Certainly would n't happen where I am from

I had a giggle at this one today: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/461754-new-car-for-doctor-shot-in-bangkok-hostage-drama/

FH, A380 pilots with Emirates currently earn 100,000 AED (dirhams)per month in Dubai. That's currently 800,000 baht. In addition they are provided a villa to the value of 300,000 AED pa. Just thought you might like to know as a comparison.

Attitude in Thailand is JV with their UK parent magazine here's a quick peak at their UK website for those interested http://www.attitude.co.uk/

I have been with my Thai guy for around 18 months now. He was asked a couple of questions at Immigration in Hong Kong in July but no problem. He joined me in Nigeria in March this year for work for two months. No problems there in fact the locals loved him . Right now he's in Dubai with me for work again and only one awkward moment a few days ago when we were in gym. I thought it was going to be a problem when two Arab guys were staring. They actually just wanted some fun

Good luck Mr GT, your moderation and input here has been exemplary. Your a classy guy! One thing I'd like to ask...now your back in Pattaya, do you still place Brazil ahead in terms enjoying your time/adventures?
-
Good choice, hope you got a decent colour. Not that green shit...lol

Hell, I wish I could write like this! Very insightful and indication of the truth for many.

GT, Nokia is great phone but the touch screen apps have a major lag problem and not as slick as Apple. New Blackberry Torch is worth a look if your needs are email based. This is worth a look http://www.htc.com/www/product/desirehd/overview.html

Well I have rather a lot of fun with their Asian cabin crew in a first class suite one time. Does that count?

Hi GT, I am contemplating buying something in Thailand. I have checked out two projects by Raimonland. One is Northpoint in Pattaya where they have 1 or 2 'bargains' left unsold. The other is in BKK at their sister project called 'The Lofts' which was completed a while back. My question is would you look at buying right now? Just curious as you mentioned you were looking at something in Brazil.... I just returned from the B

Actually Firecat 72% of Emirates passengers are non arabs so you must not generalise my friend Trust me there is a huge difference in product and quality. Most of the legacy carriers in Europe and the US simply cannot afford to upgrade their aircraft. Thai is in a similar position with outdated aircraft. I've flown with them all so I think my opinion is quite valid

Yeh, looks expensive, still I guess they must be doing something right as they have very high load factors. Market forces dictate the fare costings. http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/af82cb6a-e59e-11df-b023-00144feabdc0.html#axzz150pifPqk

GT, You really should stop messing about with US Airlines. If you really want an outstanding experience fly this way. Longer trip but so superior and great quality. Also they have a very generous awards program. Twice daily from JFK http://www.emirates.com/english/flying/cabin_features/first_class/new_private_suites.aspx

My condolences. A tragedy for someone to depart so young. RIP.

Toy Boys is always worth a look. Another advantage is that it open a little later than the rest of the bars on the Soi. Recently, many of the boys from Toy Boys have moved to Copa further down the Soi. Copa is more of a showbar and attracts a more of a crowd. More customers for the boys of course.

No you're right....it's laughable or if I am more direct it's a joke.

If it was that interesting most normal guys would elaborate in the first place. No need though I'm already bored with your reply....zzzzzzz

No, I would call that dull as dishwater. I'm miles away from retirement, but I prefer the other guy's weekends here in Pattaya it just sounds so much more exciting...
