Interesting about Thai business class, I fly with them all the time (via Indonesia) and have found their BC to be very good with good food and wine and the cabin crews service to be very good. Mind you the only other airline I have flown either business class or first class was Singapore airlines and their service I just cannot fault, my view may be biased a little.

Well, I have booked my flights for January and am really looking forward to this trip, going to book my accommodation and travel insurance this week for a 4 week stay. Plan is the usual, just a quiet night in first night but next day the fun starts and first up is Hero. Love the post, the massage places can be a bit daunting at first but you do get used to the procedure after a couple of visits.

I've seen way too many people go to "live" in Asia (Thailand or Philippines) and they try to live the life of a tourist but burn out very quickly, that is one mistake I would avoid like the plague. My party and nocturnal mode would only be switched on maybe once or twice a week at most but that is where I would need to find other interests to keep me occupied and keep away the boredom.

Yeah that's what I'm currently thinking, it would be good to have a base at home but If I sell that place I will buy something further down south where my family live, the sale price of my unit and purchase price of a place down south place would be much the same.
