Thanks vinapu, saw the doctor yesterday and it looks to be muscle strain only (more than one I think by the way it felt) and is doing okay now but will need a couple more weeks rest still. Left Australia on Thai airways on board the 787 dream liner and found the plane and flight quite good, one of the quietest planes I've been on.
