Siamroads is working as usual. Confirmation may follow at next 5 min or at next 5 days - depends on confirmation from guide.

 

You should take in account what Siamroads provides personalized private tours. That means what you will be served exactly by guide which you choose. And here exists collision - at time of your booking "your guide" maybe traveling with client somewhere or even has vacation in another country, or just visiting his relatives/friends somewhere in countryside with poor mobile network coverage, and has no connection to his mailbox or WhatsApp, and dispatcher has no chance to get his confirmation quickly. So he has to wait sometimes quite long.

 

For to resolve such situation quickly you can ask dispatcher directly via instant chat on the site, or to write question at "Contact us" page. Something like "when I will have confirmation of the booking #12345?" Dispatcher will update you.

I suggest you get in early. I left it too late.

 

I tried to book a guide in Myanmar (Yangon) and both were already taken.

I suggest to put booking 2-3 weeks in advance, esp. at high season and time of European, Thai or Chinese holidays.
