An electrician was installing fixtures Monday night. When I asked “when open” the reply was “maybe one week.”

 

Interesting...I think the sign has been up for months.  

Be nice to have them back in opeeration.

Spoke to Sun who worked there before and he said he was helping them get things ready. I hope it opens soon and I wish them great luck.

That end of Patpong 2 was in complete  darkness Monday for Buddhist Lent, the only light coming from the open door to the shop. The light fixtures have mostly been installed. It’s encouraging to see the place take shape.

Besides the great location, it will have no massage competition on the strip. And there’s ample room for the boys to gather outside, protected from any rain by the overhang of the floor above. 

Given the heavy foot traffic, the business should fare better than in the old Twilight location.

I’m a little confused where on a Patpong this will be ??

I guess to the left of the Luckyboy stairs as Paradiso is to the right?  There was a pool table bar in the vicinity when I was there in May.  

 

A friend tells me that Bangkok Massage in now open for business and that there were about 10 guys outside the shop Wednesday night.

yes, it's running , passed by on Sunday and yesterday, a lot of familiar faces. did not step inside yet bu surely will do ind report in due course

I went to Bangkok Massage tonight. They did a really nice job.    Most of the rooms offer something different.   Some very small single rooms. Some large double mattress sized. Some in between size.     Rooms not all in a row. A couple of hallways going in different directions.   Some rooms have showers. If this is important ask first. Otherwise showers at far end of hallway.   For those who remember Twilight and all the stairs, Now no stairs.     Now that all the rooms vary a bit, I would ask to see one to make sure it’s what you want.   Also more privacy. Rooms are tiled.  

Couple things on the negative side.   As Reader  mentioned, it is below Lucky Boy so some steady music during show times.  Didn’t bother me. If your having a good time you’ll forget about it.   Other thing I noticed it needs some dimmer switches for the lights.   Probably a little bright.   Again having a good time you won’t notice.   Also the place has all new tile, so you need to be aware that it could be a bit slippery if not careful.       

i didn’t look at menus or pay attention to pricing,  but I think 1 hour oil was 600.   So it appears pricing along the same lines as Twilight. For me one of the best points,  is it’s right in the middle of all the Patpong action.   Much as they were in Twilight.   Some new guys and some came over from a Twilight.    They all sit outside for your viewing pleasure and you can go inside and talk in the lobby. Quite comfortable.     And there were a few guys there this weekend that were well worth taking inside.
