Surprised that thailand hasnt been included yet. But yes, that does mean if u go to thailand (long term visa, elite visa etc) not having to quarantine on return is huge.

not quite, quarantine at home is much easier to swallow than one at beginning of vacations

If malaysia had similar list, it would mean the gov allows us to go to that country, and also mean i dont have to take time off for quarantine upon my return. 

Trouble with the UK is the government keeps changing its policies (mind).  Speculation in the UK press this morning is that a 2nd national lockdown is inevitable.  Mayor of London thinks London is two weeks away from a lockdown.

while I don't blame governments for being  indecisive as in reality nobody knows much of how situation will develop they would do better by keeping their voices low. 

All those speculations and changing of mind  do nothing good to calm population's  ears and even less to answer it's questions as of what to expect.

A friend asked me if I would be buying a ticket now - if only - I had to explain the current  situation that travell there was almost impossible.
