Private Member Forums

Featured Replies

We have installed a module that allows members to create their own forum and hopefully, approve and limit which members they wish to see and be a part of that forum.  This allows members who wish to post more private photos to friends or members they trust or to have a group that has a bit more access and privacy with each other.  It would allow an escort to create an escort only forum or a client to create a New York City Client Only forum.  The list is endless.

However, it is in the testing stage.  Please have a look at the very bottom of the forum home page and see if you see an area called: Collaboration and then a test forum in which I created.

Collaboration = clique. Perfect. Forums get more juvenile every day. Now, the three trolls that keep this board alive can join their own club. Good grief. And this is what some people call innovation.

If you don't like the board or its posters, why be here?  Good grief, are you nuts?

And,who called this addition innovation?  We have had this forum for over 10 years.  I realize that you may not know this or have the capacity to remember that long, but good grief man.

Lastly, some members have requested having a place to communicate with others that were not made public.  I accommodated that request.  I realize your other board normally doesn't like to accommodate member requests and simply ban anyone who stands up to them but we are different.  Are you allowed to post there this month?

TotallyOz, I salute your efforts (though I probably won't be invited to participate), and I deplore Rock's very rude post.

If I understand correctly your efforts are not-for-profit and solely for the public's good.

I sometimes wish admin (not only in this website) would adopt a policy of banishing rude members. Freedom of speech should not be construed as freedom to insult.

My first comment on this thread was rude and unnecessary. I apologize to Oz and anyone else who reads this board. Yesterday was inauguration day, and the pall over NYC, unfortunately, put me in a very lash-out mood. I'll be attending a protest rally today, so I'll get to vent in a more productive manner, standing side by side with old friends.

Let me remind everyone that there is a special forum feature that allows for you to have a Private Forum for only those you wish to invite.  There can be hundreds or thousands of them.  You are totally free to create them.  I installed this especially for the Brazil people who once had amazing photos of boys and one asshole messed that up for us all.  This way, only trusted members can see some threads.
