February 21, 20179 yr I really enjoyed this episode. I loved the other show and I love the characters. It has potential. I can't wait to see more.
February 21, 20179 yr Active Members I agree, the new show has potential. The first episode delivered a bit of a roller-coaster ride. Although, I cringed a bit at Christine Baranski's crying scene. She's very vain and never wishes to look ugly on camera. She knows she can. So crying scenes are not her forte. She's a self-conscience actress, which makes some of her acting seem untruthful on occasion. There's no doubt Michele and Robert King are very talented writers. It is not easy to write a 22-episode season and keep anyone's attention. After awhile, "conflict" can seem very manufactured. As good as The Good Wife could be, it came with a ton of eye-rolling moments, pure contrivance. But what gay man couldn't imagine himself in bed with Matt Czuchry?
February 21, 20179 yr Author I did like Matt but I had a crush on Josh Charles since Dead Poet's society. I thought his role on The Good Wife was amazing and he was sexy an smart.

Yes, I, too, am a Josh Charles fan. He's very much my tea, as the drag queens like to say. I have fond memories of my tall, Jewish boyfriends from my college days. In my fantasy, Josh Charles is husband material, while Matt Czuchry is the escort you sneak away with. I've been watching Charles' career for quite some time. I was a fan of Sports Night. I thought Josh and Julianna Margulies had great sexual chemistry. The show wasn't quite the same after they killed his character off. I also hated the feud between Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi. I hope The Good Fight brings back Panjabi and makes good use of her formidable talent.

Everyone else is good, but there's something about her acting that i find off.

May 24, 20188 yr Boston thru this weekend. Then Ft. Lauderdale for summer. Back to Bangkok September.
