It did not occur this weekend, and it was not about the quarantine / shut down. Thry all confirmed that the beaches in Rio (including Ipanema and Copa) are empty, other than a few people working out on the jungle gyms at the edges of the sidewalks. Here is a longer version of that exact video, posted at YouTube 7 years ago.
