Ferchos is the OG of Medellin gay brothels, serving the community for over 15 years.

Getting there

The hotel is located just outside of the old centre of the city (La Candelaría) on the east side of Cra46 or Avenida Oriental, the main north-south avenue. The hotel is located on carrera 46 between Calle 56 and Calle 55 on the west side of the street. Ring the bell (left of the central door entry) and head on upstairs. There you will be welcomed by the manager who will organize the available boys to meet with you. Take your time and enjoy a cold drink or beer before making your choice. The accommodations are comfortable and classic sex motel furnishings, complete with a sex bench. Prices are negotiated with the manager but expect to pay 120K-150K for a session (2021 prices). The rooms can be viewed on the Facebook page.

Be sure to contact Ferchos ahead of time using WhatsApp to get the full roster of boys available. If you have a preference, let them know andthey will arrange to have that choice available when you arrive.

Ferchos also has raffle events (rifas) each month where you can purchase a ticket to win a session with one or more boys. Follow on WhatsApp for details.

There are also regular overnight events on weekends at private estates (fincas) outside of Medellin (generally within 1 hour) where you can purchase a ticket and have access to multiple boys while hanging around the pool over two days. These take place every 6-8 weeks. Details and events are published on WhatsApp.

The information remains the same. Only diffence - there is no onsite meeting to select the boys.  Call-text ahead to Fercho using WhatsApp. You will be asked for a description of what you are looking for...then will send a WhatsApp text message with a more pared down offering for your consideration.

You will be asked to confirm a time window and date for any potential meeting. Then as described here, you will meet your choice at the Bliss Suite hotel. Price is 160K COP for the "date" including hotel or 180K COP for delivery + transportation -- they come to you and you pay taxi/Uber both ways. Enjoy!

January 2024 - Ferchos Masajes (Amistad) is in service at the same contact number and terms described above.

Update - February 2024

Ferchos seems to be operating regularly from the Roma Hotel here in Medellín, a long-standing gay motel just north of Centro region.  Fercho posts on WhatsApp the days and hours when he operates along with pictures of the boys confirmed for the day. You will need to pay for the room reservation (day rate is 45 - 65K COP) plus the service of the boy. But under this arrangement you can relive the bad old days of hanging out and chatting with the boys before making your decisions.

Fercho's Amistad is indeed now installed full-time at the Roma Hotel and he is operating with two of the hotel rooms and a selection of boys everyday from that location. You can have a drink on the patio (and dine on select days -- look for the menu posted to WhatsApp)  The "catalog" of boys has grown significantly as the volume of foreigners in the city has increased demand for Fercho's services. The place has been packed this week for La feria de las flores.  Just send a message to the WhatsApp and request the current catalog of boys. WhatsApp Status reports daily show who is in house at any given time, plus any promotions or events (like finca weekends).

I will be in Medellin from November 6th to December 15th. Are you going to be around? This will be my first time staying near Poblado, very close to the Museo de Arte Moderno. 

@Latbear4blk Industriales is actually a decent zona for profesionals in the city. Lots of singles around there. 
unfortunately won’t be in Medellin or Colombia then as I have another trip planned. Will be back in late January and planning a longer stay in 2026.

This is the listing for Hotel Roma where Fercho's operates.  That includes links to Google Maps and the hotel website.  

Note from Mar 2026: the WhatsApp photo dump from Fercho is overwhelming — about 110 photos. But if you see a face you like, like and respond with any questions you might have and Fercho will respond back with the full set of photos for just that model. He also has thoughts on their general demeanour and client feedback.
