I'll probably be staying in Bukit Bintang.

I'm intending to drop into my old haunt,  Otot-otot sauna, if it's still open.

Not much updates. Otot2 is open and still the most visited sauna. Several gay massage places but none are close to bukit bintang area. Plenty of money boys in grindr or rentmen though, most staying in bukit bintang area. Not privy with bars here though, but i do know few gay friendly ones but again, not near bukit bintang area. Cruising spots, again, not my cup of tea but there are several toilets that are hotspots for cruising. 

For regular massage by men, you have plenty of option in bukit bintang, but chance of happy ending is unlikely. There are reports of some masseurs happy to go to your hotel for more fun but only if you are regulars and have been tipping quite generously, so for short term tourists, might not be applicable. 

was in kl for 2 nights.  stayed at the Hilton Sentral where the infamous sauna is at.  and true enough, it get very cruisy after 4pm with mixed crowd from westerners and asians. i did find it hard to do anything other than a wank or quick blow as there are people walking around.  on gay app like jackd and grinder many MB available.  local malaysians to vietnam boys available some very cute but in the end i did not have time to try any from the app.
