I used to cruise the Parque Alameda next to Bellas Artes... during the afternoon, nighttime changes the dynamics and is more dangerous. Be sure to make sure they have their ID, if they say no or come up with some stupid excuse about having lost it....red flag.

Later at night, Calle Hamburgo just outside of the Zona Rosa from about Hotel Galeria Plaza Reforma (old Westin) and a few blocks west and then up to Reforma. It's obvious street hustlers, mostly from Colombia and Venezuela with some Mexicans.

If you go to Tom's Leather bar or any place that has strippers, you could slip them your whatsapp number on a piece of paper and see if they message you.

Thank you, Floridarob, for your great information.   Concerning the internet suggestion: after SEVERAL big disappointments seeking guys over the internet in various  countries (not one positive result), I no longer use the internet to seek guys.  Remember what Albert Einstein said about repeating the same action and insanity?  Well, I am trying to keep my sanity 😄😄.
