You will find listings for fincas on Airbnb and VRBO throughout Colombia. Most of these homes feature large outdoor areas, typically around a pool, with barbecues, gardens and large social areas. Many include dormitories to accommodate additional overnight guests since these homes are designed for entertaining. Today they are regularly rented out to third parties in Colombia for fiestas, birthdays, engagements, and yes, raunchy sex parties. #IYKYK There are fincas everywhere in Colombia, but the biggest concentration around Medellín would be near Copacabana, Sopetrán and Giradota in the north, and around Guatapé in the east. Regarding old gringos at the events -- they are clearly welcome to attend as long as they purchase a ticket. I believe the correct answer here is "mileage may vary". As I have discussed here on the forums, the "older male/young male" fetish is a strong one in Colombia. However, I cannot guarantee that the attendees at this event will fall in that category. If I could predict the future with such accuracy, I would just purchase the next jackpot-winning lottery ticket and call it a day.
