Kaikan Onsen

Arrived around 7 pm. Really beautiful and pleasant gay onsen with nicely done pools and jacuzzis. Well maintained and looked clean. Thursday evening maybe 20-25 guests, mostly slim or athletic twinks. I think there were 3-4 men over 30 me included. I was the only farang.

They have very nice naked only cruising space (not totally dark); yesterday at 8 pm tops got blue, vers silver and bottoms green neon wristbands. And 80% were bottoms 😀. I felt bad for the guys. I did not create any obvious interests, appart from one middle aged Chinese guy. The cruising looked tamed, basically guys made a contact and then moved to the free rooms. One triple group was active in the public space. Lots of eye candy.

Nobody consumed alcohol, I had two beers. I would say that in Taipei Commander B bar twinks get tipsy and raunchy. Last time, among others, there was a small queue of twinks who were topping one older farang in jockstrap. Well, nothing happened here (and I tend to be shy in saunas). I left around 21.30 and I saw some others leaving as well.

Entry 450, beer 90 baht. I got one free entry ticket. Since I have a „holiday bf“, a career twink who likes older guys, I may visit the place with him again. Its just a peaceful and nice place with slender and gracious (and some muscle) twinks roaming around🤣.

I guess weekends could be more busy and interesting. Some guys arrived and skipped the aquatic pleasures and moved directly to the cruising area (2nd floor).
In onsen one must be careful with many slippery and underwater stairs.

If 80% of the population were female, how much fun straight men would have. Can't they see they should cross over and become gay tops. Actually quite a lot do, particularly if a face saving "present" is involved.

Thanks for the report. Since I’m in Japan, when I saw this post, I thought it might be here and got excited when I first started reading it. But of course it’s Thailand. Sounds nice. I wonder if anything can ever replace Babylon, but this sounds like it might be close? Do you feel farang were welcome? What about older guys?

I totally forgot to add Bangkok to the post. I had no feeling I am not welcomed. I blocked one pool entrance for a while and received cute „sorry“ with a smile. 
 

Never been in Babylon, but I understand it was a huge complex. Kaikan has a capacity limit 150 (according to the web).

As usual in the saunas, attractive look for attractive, however there are twinks (proof from grindr) who are totally mesmerised by older farang, so its a lucky game.

I must correct that cruising space has two floors; and the upper floor is with open space with mats, chairs and additionally two spaces with fancy lights and large mirrors on the wall, so you could admire your hot (or not so hot) body😀.

The staff was polite, google says the one barman is unpleasant. Yes, he is a bit strange and grumpy. Was working in a bar with a white freshly applied cream on his face. Like somebody had shot his load on him. Take it with a humor. Young guys can get quite stressed with this beauty race.

I am in my early 50s with normal BMI and do some sports; I look for guys around 25-35, in grindr I get mostly hits from 20-23, not MBs (I ask confirmation) who clearly want to live out their fantasy. Many are good looking types, however I want a bit more maturity. I could fool with them in the sauna though.

Anyhow, I like them all - slender bodies, attractive asses and beautiful hair😊.

I stay in the service appartment near Asok. Have not registered my guy in the hotel but the staff seems to be ok with that.

I also visited Patpong Hot Male bar, second floor balcony and looked at the 5-6 guys sitting around me. Nearly all attractive, oozing kind of a raw and fun sexuality. I totally get the appeal and was thinking about my choices. I like though my guy too much to change the current setup.

I met on muscled 25y myanmar MB guy. Great body to enjoy for fun, but all in all I was indifferent. It was fun like great meal but I forgot it quickly.

Kaikan Onsen second trip was much more eventful. Saturday afternoon it was rather empty but from 6 pm onwards the twink army arrived.
I noticed one hottie and soon found him in the cruising area, he was very happy to receive a bj, which made me happy too (not small size at all). Another hunk touched my balls in the locker room and I think he planned a 3some with his bottom friend, but we somehow miscommunicated.

In the steam room I saw only some light touching.
As in all saunas, initiatives are rewarded and I felt guys are quite friendly here. I think the real fun starts after 8 pm and maybe even at night (open until 8am). I had to leave around 8 pm to meet my holiday bf. I had a meal and two beers; at the check out the bill was 380 baht. I utilised the free entry ticket from the first visit.

I like the format of that sauna. Nice pools, relax/bar area, clean and sufficient cruise area (not too small/ no endless expeditions).

Another video. It is certainly tiny compared to Babylon. Also it is a more Japanese-style onsen even though there are obviously parts more common to saunas everywhere! I do like the idea of the neon wristbands.

Near BTS Saphan Khwai. I went in Sep2023 and found it okay.
