Yup, I happened to be there during Panagbenga this year — my uncle and a bunch of cousins live in Baguio.  The parade is a bit corny, but lots of fun.  The Igorot hunks are definitely the highlight.  My eyes popped out of my head when they passed by.  
 

I hired in Manila but not Baguio, because 1) I was only there for 5 days and I hadn’t seen my Baguio family in years, and 2) slim pickings on rentmen.ph, and I didn’t know what other sites to use.

DelRetiro, I agree with you.  The Igorot men, shown on the video, are eye-popping.  I never saw men like that during my week stay in the Phillipines.  Where are they 🤣?  Any suggestions?

Why did you think the Panagbenga parade was "a bit corny"?  Also I found no information on gay venues in Baguio.  So I ruled out a visit to that location.  Do you think it is worth a visit?

The undeveloped area around Baguio is beautiful (green mountains often capped with clouds), but Baguio itself is kind of ugly because cheap, ugly construction spoils the natural beauty. YouTube shows a few videos of the Igorot Hunks performing at Igorot Stone Kingdom theme park, but I can’t find a schedule anywhere, and unfortunately ISK does not have its own website.  Since Baguio is a city of 350,000 its metro area 1 million, you’d think there would be enough LGBTs to support some sort of gay gathering spot, but I couldn’t find anything either.  

Yes, I found the Panagbenga a bit corny, but I say it in an endearing way:  parade floats, marching bands, and local groups making their way through the streets of Baguio.  It was all starting to look the same until my eyes popped out of my head thanks to the Igorot hunks.  I went to Baguio to visit family, and my visit happened to coincide with Panagbenga weekend.  I would never have gone to Baguio otherwise.
