Members DelRetiro Posted June 10 Members Posted June 10 Yup, I happened to be there during Panagbenga this year — my uncle and a bunch of cousins live in Baguio. The parade is a bit corny, but lots of fun. The Igorot hunks are definitely the highlight. My eyes popped out of my head when they passed by. I hired in Manila but not Baguio, because 1) I was only there for 5 days and I hadn’t seen my Baguio family in years, and 2) slim pickings on rentmen.ph, and I didn’t know what other sites to use.
