I don't know how or where to arrange a birthday 🎈 🎈 🎂 

He loves karaoke 🎤 

I don't know ,any ideas ?? 

Can I rent the karaoke 🎤 place in Jomtien complex?

I recon you could rent somewhere in the Complex, particularly on a weekday night. Things are very quiet just now. Maybe even in Boystown where it is even quieter
