Heba as-sa3udeya Posted August 15 Posted August 15 Does someone know a Not too expensive hotel in Rio with a large swimming pool ? Riobard 1 Quote
Members Xclay Posted August 15 Members Posted August 15 Grok identified these two with 25 meter long pools in Rio: Belmond Copacabana Palace - This iconic hotel features one of Rio's largest pools, described as half-Olympic sized at 25 meters (82 feet) long with an area of 300 square meters (3,229 square feet). Sheraton Grand Rio Hotel & Resort - The main outdoor pool is 25 meters long, suitable for lap swimming, and is part of an extensive leisure area with multiple pools. In Sao Paulo, the Rosewood has an impressive rooftop pool: Rosewood São Paulo - This luxury hotel features two outdoor pools, including a notable rooftop infinity pool that is 35 meters (114 feet) long with an area of 192 square meters (2,066 square feet), making it one of the longest in the city. No luck with less expensive hotels. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Heba as-sa3udeya and Riobard 1 1 Quote

Just shorten to Heba and Olympic-grade length less imperative. The Palace is extremely pricy. Xclay and Heba as-sa3udeya 1 1 Quote

floridarob Posted August 16 Posted August 16 In SP I used to stay at this Airbnb across the street from Republica park, stopped going because I heard 2nd hand getting guests was difficult/impossible after a change in management. The rooftop pool and view was nice. How big a pool you looking for? Heba as-sa3udeya and Xclay 1 1 Quote
Docbr01 Posted August 18 Posted August 18 Hotel Vila Gale has a OK pool. Not very expensive too. Not 25 meters swimming pool but a nice one nonetheless. Or at least it was the case maybe two years ago when I last stayed there. It’s very near 117 as it is near the Arcos da Lapa, so not the best place to stay if you want to be at the beach front. Members sydneyboy1 Posted August 22 Members Posted August 22 The Hotel Unique on São Paulo has 2 pools, a huge one in the basement and a sizeable one on the roof. An expensive and remarkable hotel. I have stayed there twice. Heba as-sa3udeya 1 Quote

It is also unique and remarkable. Google it and see what I mean. It was designed by a Brazilian/Japanese architect and looks like an arc on stilts. The exterior and interior is extraordinary. floridarob Posted August 23 Posted August 23 Was joking about big dicks then something expensive. I've been there to visit someone, he even said over rated. I used to be in the hotel business, I still get good rates and have limits to how much I'll pay for a hotel room, especially in a city like SP. Quote
