I'm not really into it but my boyfriend is

Groovin’ High Jazz Bar on Silom and The Living Room on Sukhumvit close to Asok BTS are both good

I had no idea there were jazz clubs in Pattaya 

I'm not into Live music 🎵 🎶 but my Filipino boyfriend is 

He loves the jazz ,violin 😅blues 💙 etc 

Do they still have the music in the park in Bangkok?

definitely they did in January , I was passing by and even spotted one of our members in the audience

Smalls Jazz Bar in Sathorn is a great little bar. Been a few times. Some good bars and resturants nearby too,

I think what @vinapu may have heard in January was the annual series of 6 casual Sunday concerts in Lumphini Park presented by the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra. These mix classical and pop. If not, then I do not know of other park concerts there or elsewhere - but there may well be some.
