I know 2 Mexicans that got drugged, years ago the day after I left, we were in the same apt, so I was lucky.

I did get it in Medellin over a decade ago, but is Devil's breath there...

I know of 2 such incidents in Cape Town, South Africa in recent years. Both were heterosexual and had their drinks spiked in popular bars in the city.

It’s sad that this happens…but it’s a powerful reminder to be vigilant and stay sober, especially if you’re a solo traveller and in a foreign country.
