Airbnb recommendations

Hi guys,

 I’m in Santo Domingo for another week and staying at the Jaragua, where I usually stay, because I like the pool. Even though I have had guys come to my room before with no problem, I’d like to get a cheap Airbnb for a few days just for sex. Can anyone recommend a place you’ve used? Please PM me if you don’t want to post publicly. I thought I found a decent place nearby but I wrote the host and asked about security and she said there was 24-hour security.

Is that the same as asking if you can invite a friend over, since I don't do long time/overnights?

I usually phrase it as , I'm been here many times and have a friend over to have a couple of drinks before going to dinner, I assure them that it's not a party situation with no loud music or anything.

It's usually replied with, no problem, don't exceed the number of guests permitted.... as long as they leave ID with security.... not past 11pm..... or  flat out no guests allowed, something like that.

I mean, I could easily have guys come to my hotel room. They check in at the front desk. I’m just shy about the optics of me an old white gringo bringing a hot young stud up to my room. I guess I shouldn’t worry about it. At this point, I’m just looking for the right guy and finding myself to be extremely picky about who I want in my room. I hit the Cine Lido a few times for all out sleazy, sweaty fun.

Greetings!!

When bring back guys to your apartment, make sure to ask to see their Cédula (Government ID), and take a photo of it and send to your email address. 

Secondly, have all your valuables hidden or locked away. Including your mobile phone and money.

Remember, if they don't have Cédula or refuse to show, they are most likely out to be naughty or under age?

I find that if you tip the front desk you will have no issues at most places

Good tips. I just posted a story about something that happened to me on my second trip here. I was staying at a hotel that required ID for visitors (and you also had to pay) - the guy had some complicated story about his ID and we went to an hourly motel near the entrance to El Conde across from Parque Independencia. He then tried to extort a large amount of money from me and I was only saved because I got back to my hotel and he had to wait downstairs while I went up to “get money” (instead I called the front desk and they called the police). No ID is always a red flag. I like the tip of getting a photo of it. It’s not enough just to see it.

I’m staying in a 4-star hotel. I have given the front desk chocolates on two occasions, but it’s an ever changing crew. No problem bringing guys up. They just have to register. They take a photo of their ID and I have to sign and write my room number. It’s just that I have whore instincts (though maybe not the energy) and was hoping to have a few more guys. I’m only here a few more days, so I’ll be fine.
