Courtesy of Air Cambodia canceling flight I actually get additional night in Phnom after spending better part of day camping in the e airport and used it to meet high school friend who arrived there at the same time I was on the way to the airport to catch original flight. Boys I had pleasure hosting showed me PP attraction I was not aware of- Sky Bar at Morgan Tower, PP highest located bar with MahaNakhon like glass viewing platform sticking out from the top floor.
