I have been paying 150 at 117 with no issues. A few asked me for 200, but no one dared to challenge me with 300.

I would not pay 300 at a sauna. I would consider it at my place, though. However, I am paying 200 to the boys who are visiting me. They are not complaining and not watching the clock.

 I stopped negotiating a few years ago. I just tell them what I pay (150 in Rio), and 90% of the boys take it. A few of them counteroffer 200, and sometimes I accept, usually saying something like: look, I pay 150 but if you blow my mind I give you 200.

When I really like them, and they spend time with me in the sauna out of the cabin, I like to invite them with a drink or a bite, sometimes even with paying for their entry (40). When they come to my place, I often pay for their Uber (moto). 

I do not speak their language naturally. My native language is Spanish, no Portuguese. I am learning it.
