Well for now they were able to get rid of the recent tar balls that washed up onto the local beaches. However, I am not aware if they were able to identify the ship(s) that allegedly "illegally flushed their tanks" thus causing that temporary dirty situation. So, things have returned to "normal" and you can now walk on the beach. Quote
