However, I am not aware if they were able to identify the ship(s) that allegedly "illegally flushed their tanks" thus causing that temporary dirty situation. So, things have returned to "normal" and you can now walk on the beach.

And surely a Pattaya Floating Club is better than a Pattaya Diving Club.......
