Is anyone surprised that the Canadians walked away from the table? Canada wasn't going to sign a trade deal that undermines national sovereignty. This failure will cost American consumers as Canada will impose a dollar for dollar tariff taxes on American products, oil, aluminum, steel, agricultural products etc. To protect Canadian based industries.
